The lady at reception is very rude with everyone she behave with every patient is very bad way. I am really shocked bcz in general I saw that person at the reception is very much welcoming bcz that is first person with whom patient interact.

Worst eye hospital in the Lucknow. If you are thinking about any surgery of your eye. You should go other hospitals. Because all staff and counselors are bandits. They all snatch your whole money from your pocket in very short operation. The doctor's age is over 60 that's why he is unable to do perfect operation.
The costing of cataract operation of one eye is 126000/- which is too expensive other than Sahara, Medanta, Apollo hospital.

Worst hospital ever. I called HR regarding some doubts and she behaved as if she is the supreme being of this universe. She said she will not talk on the phone as it wastes her time and if I want to talk i should take her appointment and come to the hospital

Too good and too coperative staff and we'll maintained for patients and a very good doctors

Very bad experience with appointment with Dr Bela Kamboj she is to rude and didn't talk properly for a minute, not listening to the patients problem properly

We had our eyes examined here and luckily got a good experience. The doctor was supportive and explained everything regarding the issue.
Sometimes the hospital gets busy during weekends so better to schedule an appointment for weekdays.

Horrible experience. The have made wrong eye test of 8 year old child and gave spectacles. When child refused to wear glass. We went back to hospital and the dealing person insisted to wear the same glass. Forcefully he wear the glasses for 7 days as asked by hospital. After recheck it was found that they had performed wrong eye check. Careless people.

Best eye hospital. The staff and their system were very well behaved. I get my lasik surgery done.

Doctor are very rude. Staff will take money and will make you sit for 3-4 hours just to see doctor and if you will raise some questions then they all become very rude. So I have stopped going there

Dr Shobhit chawala best Dr and kalpana hi best manger ache se patient ko guide karna aur sbke kaam easy karna

My son suffered from Conjunctivitis, and I got the best care/ service from doctor Amit and the staff was very professional and friendly, Kalpana took care of my son and got everything possible from him to make comfortable during the check up and follow up. Thank you Prakash Netra Kendr team.

My relative's eye catract surgery was performed in this hospital on 17 Mar 23. Everything was done in the most professional manner. The hospital has the best of doctors with an excellent supportive and cooperative team.

मेरे बड़े भाई श्री अश्वनी त्रिपाठी के मोतिया बिंद का आपरेशन किया गया जिसमे महंगा लेंश लगाया गया जिसे हास्पिटल एंव चिकित्सक द्वारा सबसे बढ़िया बता कर लगाया गया परंतु उनकी परेशानी बढ़ गयी पहले की तुलना मे जिससे उनको काफी दिकत हो रही है
मेरे द्वारा किसी को भी इस हास्पिटल मे इलाज कराने की सलाह कभी नही दी जायेगी

Just made a good infrastructure and are engaged in looting people by making them fear and taking technical names and fooling on ame of counseling. Surgery that can be done in 35k, they r exaggerating for 45k and even more. Not trustworthy at all. Minting money from insurance company as well as charging patient also fooling them.

Very experienced doctors are working here.though it is small hospital but they are always trying to keep is clean and hygienic. Now they have done extension also in the same premises

Very bad experience. Cataract surgery was done in my left eye on 17.11.2022.
Before surgery my distanse vision was good without using power glasses. After surgery we need to wear glasses with power +2.5 & -1.0 for my left eye. Rs. 40000.00 Was charged only for lens & it was assuerd that lenses will not be required after surgery.
Surgery was done by Dr. Astha Mishra.

मैं आपके नेत्रालय से डा रजत डेशी के द्वारा 19 व 29 नवम्बर को मोतियाबिंद का आपरेशन कराया और महंगा लेंस alcon vivity का अच्छा बताकर लगाया गया जिससे रात की लाइट में परेशानी बढ़ गयी है, मैं यह लेंस लगवा कर परेशानी में हूँ, यह परेशानी मेरे द्वारा डाक्टर को दिनांक 16.12.22 को बताया भी गया था परन्तु उनके द्वारा संतोष जनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गयालेंस का परफॉरमेंस जाने बगैर मेरे साथ प्रयोग कर दिया गया है अस्पताल को इस पर ध्यान देना चाहिए था मेरी परेशानी कैसे दूर होगी, कृपया बताएं

My Relative Ashwini Kumar Tripathi have cataract surgery on dated 19 & 29th November with Dr Rajat Dhesi. After surgery his eye performance isn't good. He is suffering in artificial light. So very bad experience. My Relative not satisfied

I visited this hospital for cataract surgery of mother, after surgery eye got infected, she will be not able to see again? We trying to controll infection. But i had worst experience of my life with this hospital.

Please go some best place, cause for a little surgery, something disaster can happen.

Assistant staff at reception is not friendly. Behaves very rudely.staff at reception has not name plate

Very expensive and doctors not that competent. I wasted more than ₹3300 in first visit and problem was not diagnosed. They asked me to visit again but i did not go otherwise they would take more money on the name of unnecessary tests.

Bad.very bad.they checked my sons eyesight and gave the wrong no.
My son had to go through lot of pain for 10 days.i wont recommend anyone for this hospital.

Doctors are extremely experienced and credible, also the accounts and administration department is helpful and considerate. One can rely on the hospital for best possible outputs.

Worst experience in my life. My sister visited 4- 5 times in a week due to cornea swelling which occurred due to the wrong lasic done by their doctors which led to Glucoma but they kept avoiding the seriousness of the situation.
These people are money mongerers.
A person in pain and urgency should never go there.
Thankfully we changed our doctor on time else it would have cost my sister her vision damage permanently.

The staff and their behaviour is straight up rude. I've never crossed paths with such ill behaved councellors and staff. The doctors are highly skilled but the management is very poor.

1-2 hours ka lunch krte hai. Counseling 1 counseling 2 etc.

I went to Prakash Netra Kendra Gomti Nagar for OCT, perimetry and refraction on 22/09/21. At reception they directed me to go to basement and from there to second floor and again they directed me to go at reception for registration.
They kept me waiting for 3 hours without registration and then they told me that today required investigations are not possible. Come on another day.
I am 70 yeas of age with problems to walk.
I have seen many hospitals but here things are worst.
Behaviour of the staff is very bad and there is no grievance redressal system. No parking space and not adequate space in waiting area to sit.

Behaviour is such that they are doing favour in treatment. No management. Patient is completely confused where to go when

First of all you wont get the number to meet the doctor and once you meet them they will make sure you sit there for whole day and specially doc amit yadav is worse unprofessional illiterate in that hospital.
Staff is pathetic god knows what job they have their as nobody does what they are supposed to do.
I'll suggest go blind but don't visit this hospital. Expensive fraud and useless.

He did very good Ptosis surgery of my brother (although many doctors denied the ptosis surgery).
Extremely happy to see the result.

Worst staff ever.dont know how to talk.consider everyone as their servant.go anywhere else but not here.it's a humble request.doctor also don't know how to talk.they will send u here and there.will tell you different tests one by one.in short don't visit

If you are taking Appointments then why are giving Token, Pathetic service It takes full day to get your Eye test. Management is poor irresponsible towards the patient.

Prakash Netra Kendra Lucknow is a God gifted hospital. I think this hospital would be the best hospital in Lucknow as my opinion. Staffs are also good, I have not faced such issues with the staffs during treatment. I m giving this reviews based on my eye witness. Specially, i wud like to give many 2 thanks from the bottom of my heart to Sir, Dr. Mohit Khemchandan and Sir, Amit Singh who treated the patient like his family and finally regained her vision from (Diabetic Retinopathy) total blindness around 98% of the right side. The patient was lost all the hopes of getting vision again which was rejected by Ayodhya Doctors and others. It is he who Sir, Dr Mohit Khemchandan and Amit Singh has given a new life. Once again i wud like to give many 2 thanks to Sir Dr Mohit Khemchandan and Amit Singh. God bless them and PNK.
Finally, i wud strongly suggest to visit PNK for any types of eye problems. I mean one stop destination hospital. ️️️

Quite a bad reviews. Dropped the idea to visit here. This comment should help them realise that customer satisfaction is most important and these platform for reviews matter a lot these days.

Good Doctors but few bad staffs
Vistited this morning with my 76yrs old mother,
such a bad behaviour and responce of Kopal Srivastava, Surprise how come person with such a bad manner and behaviour working with good organization like Prakash Netralya.

Doctor had no manner and lack of knowledge, unskilled doctors team, specially Dr. Virendra Singh

Hospital is always work for noble work but i am sorry prakash netra kendra was not.
They just making money during to covid19
I am not recommended any person to go this hospital
I have complained for my issue to concern person also but no one was listen bcoz its not hospital it’s organisation where every one interested to make money at any condition

Staff working culture is very bad. They are not giving time to see/check patient properly.
Doctor is also not giving time to patient to check properly. Even doctor will not liston what u want to say about ur problem. Only making money by doing unnecessary test. So plz before going to this hospital, 1st u can visit doctors clinic where they will give proper time to check patient.

Doctor and most of their staff is not interested in treating patients. It feels like they just want to get over with all the procedure. I'm highly disappointed with this hospital.
Also it feels like most of comments and ratings are paid in this section.

My MRD is 84351. I told them on reception that I can not come to Lucknow daily. As I have some problems in my eyes I asked them "kindly give me token for Dr Chawla. " But they not only refused but also behavior was not proper. Feeling very sad and upset. Earlier Dr Chawla had seen me on same day

PNK is awesome! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A must visit place if you are looking for good eye care treatment.

Very nice hospital.staff n doctors are really nice n experienced.but accounts section is pathetic.especially theres one guy in accounts section who is very rude n dont know how to talk.i would like to ask the hospital to kindly look into this.

Very bad experience. Staff is not supportive and no respect for time. Doctirs are good but other staff is unprofessional. For simple opd it takes hours.

कृपया इस अस्पताल में भूल कर भी ना जाए। लूट का अड्डा खोल के रक्खा हुआ है। कोई भी आपको सही जानकारी नहीं देगा। सब को पैसा कमाने की पड़ी है। Tpa वाले तो कभी ना जाए। ये लोग क्लेम ज्यादा का करेंगे और लेन्स सस्ता वाले डालेंगे। आपको पता भी नी चलेगा। फ़ालतू के चार्जेज ये लोग पहले ही ले लेते हैं। ऑपेरशन में एक्स्ट्रा चार्जेज करके आइरिस ring or आइरिस hook कह के जोड़ देंगे जिसके पैसा आपको अपने पास से देना होगा। पूरा क्लेम नहीं पास होगा ये बात tpa को भी पता है और आपको अपने पास से ज्यादा पैसा देना पड़ेगा।

Worst experience ever!
From the doctor to the rest management all are full of arrogance. Etiquette classes must be give to management. The doctor won't tell you the root cause in your eye.
Doctors are always in so hurry that they won't listen properly to patient. They will ask you for revisit so they can charge from you more and more.
Its my request to Senior Doctors, tell the patients there problem clearly. If you are not able to resolve it kindly tell them don't ruin there life's

Horrible staff. After calling 10 times.their phone is always waiting. After finally getting connected to the extension the staff hangs up. Happened 5 times.
Unable to take appointment

Just wanted to inform you that the staff of yours in reception Gomti Nagar (Mr Devedi/Trivedi no sure about the same) do not have basic ethics to treat the patient. His way of dealing with the patient is unbearable. I would like to request you to please get his blood pressure checked and also want to bring into your notice that he is not fit to sit at OPD Registration/Reception. Request you to necessary action action on him. If no action being taken on this I will escalate this to higher authorities. Hope to hear soon from you. Regards Bhupendra

सबसे पहले तो लोगो को रोशनी देने के लिए सभी डॉक्टर्स, मैनेजमेंट का एवं स्टाफ शुक्रिया एवं बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। वर्तमान समय मे हॉस्पिटल में भीड़ बढ़ जाने के कारण आने वाले मरीजों को थोडा असुविधा होने लगी है हॉस्पिटल में मरीजो के समय का भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए सरकारी हॉस्पिटल की तरह से मरीजो को ट्रीट न किया जाय ।
