Awful service, not even enough blankets for night. ACS don't cool properly in the banquet hall and give cold drinks to people at 10 rs more than MRP.

If you want to enjoy the swimming in that summer and don't want to spend more money for it, also looking for great view and clean water pool, visit here, pay only 200 and enjoy pool in this summer, i and my family went there, we were 16 PPL, got disconnected price. Enjoyed (me my kid, my wife and everyone)

I went here with my family members for a realtive's wedding, there was ample parking space with a large garden for various food and beverage stalls, the taste of the eatables was good.

While the wedding rituals were performed till the late night, we were realxing in the Resort's hotel rooms which was spacious & quit good.

It's was a great experience at Prema Kunj resort with all facilities and quality allover a great place for marriage and stay.

The resort is located in outskirts of Jhansi with plenty of parking area.
They have multi party gardens, swimming pool, and indoor party halls. They also have many variety of rooms and dormitary to stay in at resort and hotel.
Out side Catering is allowed.
So over all a decent, good and economical option for party and weddings.

Worst experience ever.we had come for a wedding and it was a nightmare.in the month of May, they purposely switched off all the AC.electricity supply was cut by the management.no water.the staff were Ill mannered.not even willing to give us water.i suggest no one to book this venue for any function.go to JP farms which is close and that is an excellent place

Not a good place. Hotel area is inside, after the Wedding Lawn. Rooms are not maintained properly and staff's attitude is really bad.

AC controls in front Office. Cheated to guest. Single rooms ac not working. In rooms no bathrooms. I suggest not to go at hotel. It's a barat ghar only. In marriage food is good, but less. Middle of function food is finished. Very bad experience.

It has 2 gardens, one is small with 4-5 rooms (apprx) and another one with 12 rooms and seperate area dinner and seating with Swimming pool
It also has 15rooms which can be available but seperately (not included)

Overall, very well for 1000+ guests
And outer side of Jhansi so parking won't be a problem

Only good for evening, rooms needs a lot of maintenance, staff is friendly and nice but the resort rooms are not well maintained. You will find jet not working, lights not working or geyser not working.
This place is good for evening reception only

Nice place in a quite area not too far from city.

The wash room seiling was broken on my head, no facility was provided for water and ac, no washing items was present, the staaf was cruel to the animals

Because the pool is closed, the rooms fans aren't working, water service isnt available, glad I'm going tmr, room service not satisfactory

Overall experience is good.except few snag in Room like bathroom door of room no 205 not closing.geyser in room no 203 replace next day.

Worse staff possible. Extremely rude behavior. We hosted a marriage function here. These guys agreed for us using the pool but then they didn’t clean the pool and even didn’t allow us to use the pool. On top of that they didn’t allow us to use a sofa for haldi. They are so miser that they didn’t allow us to use a power point for using speakers to play songs. Such is there service. Doing anything in this place is a pain.

Ok to stay for a day.
1. Needs improvement in cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean, linen dirty, and the furniture dusty.
2. When you search online, it shows that the place is pet friendly, but once you arrive here, they initially say that pets are not allowed. I had to almost reschedule to another place when the manager talked to his boss and then allowed my pet.
3. Food rates are exorbitant.
4. Wifi does not work even after complaining.
5. TV does not work even after complaining.
6. Overall ambience is good on the outside (Lawn, pool etc).
7. Staff attending to you are very courteous and good in hospitality.

It was a great place have everything swimming pool too many rooms so big big gardens and many more it was a great place I love it

I would give negative rating if available.
Worst experience ever, dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, AC doesn't work and service is extremely slow.
If you call for housekeeping or even water bottle, they will come after 6 to 10 hours, that too after repeatitive calls and follow up on reception.
Food is pathetic, i would prefer to starve rather than eating here.

But didn't acpect oyo prepaid booking.
My experience is worst.

Pathetic food and no WiFi. Plus you can't order food from outside. For namesake they have a TV with no channels and bathroom hygiene is not good at all. Oyo needs to step up and improve their quality of hotels.

Nice place to visit it's is very calm and peace at this place, there is no problem of parking in this resort, resort is a good place for chilling as this place have a good swimming pool, you can come with your friends or with family with small kids also.
Resort have a good service and staff is also very helpful. Food is ok but not so great. You can visit to this place and can stay also if you are going late at night.

Pathetic customer service.infact no service.this is a marraige garden with some rooms.
Manager amd staff are not welcoming at all.

Location is not good it's very outer from main City if you don't have on vehicle plz don't stay in this hotel and hotel is dening check in in care paid on line.
