PROMHEX MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL

This is my 2nd daughter delivered by this hospital for whom I am writing this review.
Negatives:
1: The hospital charged 80 thousands rupees for normal delivery (private room), 60000 delivery package+ 6000 mother charges + 7000 baby charges + 8000 medicine charges, which I feel is very high if we compare this hospital infrastructure and facilities.
2: Doctor Anjali Vashya came 15 mins late after the nurse properly delivered the baby without doctor.
3: child doctor tariq khan came after 30 mins of baby delivery. (I dont know about this, but usually child doctor is present)
4: Hospital MD gave discount, however the delivery package told to me initially was increased by same amount, so discount has no meaning.
5: Discharge of the patient takes 3-4 hours even if u pay by cash, u will need to go to each doctor and cash counter for discharge summary and looks like govt office procedure.

Positives:
The nurse indu mam stayed from 8: 00 pm at day 1 to 7 pm day 2 in the hospital for the normal delivery, for which I feel heartly thanks to her.

Promhex hospital is a multi speciality hospital.
Good treatment is done here for patient.

Doctors are good and their working experience is apt. But customer handling and dealing is very poor.
Customers are exploited.

Dr Gunjan K Sharma saved my father's life twice in Promhex hospital. Dr Gunjan is a gem in his field. During treatment, I found that Promhex hospital staff is very supportive. Be it their nursing staff led by Sr Indu, admin (Mr Naveen) or housekeeping. Hospital is clean, and ICU staff is well trained. There is scope of improvement in their billing department, and OPD availability of doctors can be streamlined. Otherwise rest of their services are good. Quick admissions, tests, pharmacy are other smooth servicing areas.

No appointment system for OPD doctors. Patients are made to wait in long queues. Wanted to visit Dermatologist Dr Pradeep Sethi but there wasnt any appointment given. Only walk-in available and the doctor visit wasnt available on mentioned time. Was made to wait for almost an hour.

The time of hospital is to see the customer from 10 o'clock and the doctor are sitting comfortably they do not mean anything to any patient even after spending money the service is worse than a government hospital.

After reading reviews made a month ago by kiran gupta and anupam sharma, I was a bit discouraged but our friends insisted us to ignore the bad comments since they experienced great service. It has been a great experience we got from the services of everything at the hospital. We recommend this hospital considering constraint budget at valuable service. We have been discharged today (17.07.2021).

Very worst hospital they kill patients to give them wrong treatment. Patient ke saamne hi kahte hai negative case hai ji yesterday only we provide food such kind of patient and he dead. Even they insist us to sign the paper for ventilator for our patient

It's not hospital its tatsal (money making factory) daily medicine cost approx 20,000 Either patient required or not, they make your patient more sick by giving wrong medication and bring him in critical condition to make money. They force me to put my father on ventilator even on 90+ oxygen.
For hour kind information hospital admin we do not had any insurance policy check your records properly and then reply.

I recently delivered baby through cesarean. The doctors and nurses seems like on training. Seems They don’t have complete knowledge. I was given so much strong anesthesia that after delivery I was shivering badly for more then two hours with intense body movement. After so many days still I am unable to move my back by myself and the veins are still so much painful where the cannula was being put. Worst food service ever. They don’t give on time and they don’t give proper meal as per the mother. They will also charge extra for pediatrician visit 700 Rs per visit which they do not inform initially and they do not cover in insurance. I was there for 3 days. 2 visit doctors per day cost me 3600 for pediatrician and they also charged extra for keeping child with mother in same room.

1. Hospital Sales and Accounts people are horrible. Please triple time check your bills before paying. Don't know whose bills you are paying.very harsh by nature and ready to fight with patients people always.
2. Some nursing staffs are very good. Some are worse.
3. Admin and facility to improve a lot

Very bad staff of this hospital, irresponsible no manners so I suggest this is very bad hospital

Firstly thanks a lot to Promhex Hospital team and very special thanks to Dr. Anjali (Gynecologist) who give us happiness in our life by a successful delivery of baby boy. We wished to god for a angel but God blessing us with a baby boy. We like the way of attend her patients. She talks like a familiar person. She explained each and everything in well manner and politely. Promhex is very economical, neat and clean hospital. All guys talks well and helps us. Thanks again to Dr. Anjali
