They don't consider customers as their priorities instead it seems they are doing some favours by working on our requests. Highly unprofessional, poor services. They still carrying old goverment attitude in their services.
Worst service. Sbi is stereotypical defamed, if you visit for a work/service then that would not be done/solved instead of this you will be notified that 10 more problems like kyc/sign updation etc. Is due. Firstly resolve these. And the customer got busy on those new things the original one get not solved easily as the employees does not want to do a little bit work. They only transfer their work to one counter to another constantly at the end customer have to waste avg 2-3 hours for a little work. Their is much more to say but. The only thing is gets transfer your acc to another banks like citizen, hdfc their service is better.

It is terrible to contact Chief Manager of any other staff to find some details of bank acct. No one attends the phone, even wrote a nail to Chief Manager, no reply. Please help me out and share Chief Manager, Mob and Land Line number on URGENT basis. I have gone through my knee surgery and NOT in a position to move out of the house to contact the branch.
Very bad staff reaction. All staff not give correct information to the customer, and they do not do amy work very laziness to all staff. My experience is very bad
Very poor service. Staff don't want to work. And solution is provided to them they adamantly ignore them. Even the complaint system in PnB is poor. There is no response.
