Worst management, Staff doesnt know how to behave, doctors are not available on phone their attendant does not know how to talk.they hospitalised my mother for dialysis and in discharge summary they mentioned high grade fever from last 4-5 days and rest lines are copy pasted from discharge summary of Medanta which we showed them for dialysis. C’mon doctors atleast learn how to make discharge summary if you dont know how to talk to patient or their attendants. Reply “hmn” always doesnt look for doctors when someone asking you something and asking for discharge.

Worst hospital I have ever seen. If I could have option to rate in negative then I would have do that. Dr Vibhanshu Gupta extracted money from patient like he is running business. They hospitalised my mother asking to put her on observation before dialysis and kept her there for more than 2 days after dialysis. When we asked for discharge they refused and have not done any test except urine test. On 3rd day when we again asked for discharge they said its 4PM now we cant discharge now and will do tomorrow. When we asked what doctors was doing before 3PM they had not done any test or anything why you keot whole day just for sake of money. They discharged her and said they cant do dialysis anymore coz their machines was not working and said they cant give this on written It all coz we aggressively asked for discharge and not let them make money from Indian Railways. All CGHS and railway agreement should be cancelled from.such worst hospital and worst management.

PCS TEAM IS VERY GOOD HELPFUL.they provide us the proper guidance and help as per our need.

Should have given zero star. Although I never rate a hospital, but this has gone way above head. The Hospital is worse than Any Govt. Hospital in terms of facility and Doctors are also not cooperative nor they are listening properly to what a patient has to say.
Unnecessary staffing and money waste. I would suggest let the patient die peacefully at home rather than bringing him/her here.
We waited for 3 hours to be seen by any doctor after an emergency accident. Pathetic! Really Not acceptable!

Isse bahiyat hospital nhi dekha or isse bahiyat doctor or staff nhi dekha Kahi bhi. They are such a looters.there are no treatment. Pair fractured hai Lekin do din se doctor Sahab dekh hi nhi rhe hai Roz beth kar bapas jana hota h.

Very poor service through hospital staff who attend the patients, they spoke very roodly specialy patholab, i dont want to give any star rating but there have no provision, kindly review your staff

This is worst hospital and only money minded. Friends never visit this hospital. My two times experience I am Sharing
1. My wife sister got brain hamrage in night.immediate we rush to Pushpanjali.doctor on duty put her on ventilator and don't do any test and no CT scan done.next day when neurologist came after that CT Scan done till then lot of times wasted and she is now in COMMA IN SUFDERJUNG HOSPITAL DELHI. Pushpanjali put hands up and discharge the patient saying she is brain dead.very casual and they are playing with patient life and maki g only money

I have never seen a hospital as worse as this. Worst management, illiterate staff and nurses. Doctors are all good but that alone does not make a good hospital. I could not even differentiate between nurse and cleaning staff. They treat patients like a joke. I saw the nurses treating a patient in pain with rude words and attitude. There is no proper management in the hospital. Even in Covid times there is no proper social distancing and people hang there like bees. Nurses are irresponsible and have no sense or either they don't know what they are supposed to do. Hospital is running like a machine. I got admitted there for one day and food they gave me was like served from dustbin. I mean a patient is admitted in the hospital.and you cannot even provide proper food! The food was so disgusting. You give such food to a patient admitted in hospital?

Talking about the room, then the room was proper and clean with all facilities. That is the only good thing I liked there. Dress was clean and blanket was also clean.

Worst Hospital. Don't recommend anyone to go here.these people serves costly deaths only.if you have CGHS facilities better go Sarvodaya Faridabad or Appollo

Very bad experience in terms of Services, hospitality is very bed, no policy for patient care, nursing care is not satisfactory, staff is disoriented.
Hospital neither have quality policy nor adhered to quality services.

Bahot Achcha Hospital hai Agra main
Har Prakar ka treatment aur zyada expensive nahien hota. Sabhi Doctors Bahot hi experienced hain. Overall staff bahot supportive hai.

Pushpanjali Hospital Har tareh ka treatment karne ke liye saksham hai, Aur Agra region ka sabse achcha hospital hai, Sabhi Doctors bahot Experienced hain aur Sabhi staff bahot Helpful hai.

Hospital emergency services very fast I really recommend these emergency services and also Patient care team very helpful for admission to discharge process.

Hospital atmosphere and facilities provided to the patients are too good I recommend for take treatment through Pushpanjali hospital

Pushpanjali Hospital is very nice but the staff and working process is a bit slow so please need to do a little more improvement.

Worst hospital ever bus paisa bnana hai.or kuch nhi jo bimari h h uska ilaaz nhi h. Dr are most irresponsible patients ko dekhne tk nhi aate h 24 ghante mai bhi.

I visit this hospital due to this hospital is CGHS approved HCO but i am not happy with pushpanjali hospital services because there is not avl Doctor like Dermatology and Venerology in OPD.

Contented with all the services of Pushpanjali Hospital. All the staff members are good at their part.

You can get good facilitys but their it is little bit untidy.
It is so croudy.

Worst hospital in agra, they are only interested in your money not your patients, doctors are busy with their smartphones, dr rk singh doesn't even have the decency to talk to patient, they don't really care about your health only interested in their business. Around 20 people died in front of me in icu within a span of 1 month not a single recovery.

Staff is not co operative with either patient or anyone, they were discussing their time to wake up in morning nearby of patient who is at BiPap. Some staff people were good but rest all were bad and it looks like not eligible for ICU. No professionalism at all
