I am working as a senior system administrator here and the environment and people here are very good, our senior people are very supportive. And I would say that the best company in Noida is providing good facilities along with good salary package, so this company is one of them.

Working for one of the client on the payrolls of Quantumworld since 3months. The process was smooth, HR is very cooperative.
The work culture at client site is good.
There are many opportunities to learn amd explore.
They have the option of getting the client 's payroll after 6months or may be a year.

Joined Quantumworld as a contractual employee last year. I am associated with one of their Clients. Though before joining i was worried but till now i never faced any issue.
I would like to extend my tenure with them rather choosing the permanent payroll as they are paying me well.

Worst staffing company. They are frauds. If I have option for negative rating I will opt for that one.

There is no option to select below 1 star.there is no proper interview system.
I suggest the owner & investors to complete check of hire to retire process.

This company play with employees life.
It is Worst company in staffing, they asked resignation from 10 recruiters in Oct 6th with out any notice.that time they said pay total login days up to last working day.but at the salary time they deduct 9K. I am trying to reach to hr no response. I check with all ten members they said all got deduction.

I have worked for 1 year in this company on a managerial position and the only few things I can speak about it are:
1. Hell lot of Politics from the senior most department of the company.
2. Hell lot of favouritism.
3. No Leadership quality in the so-called Leaders of the company.
4. No personal/ professional growth as the work culture is 101% toxic.
5. Firing employees, deducting salaries are one of the traits of this company.
6. No work ethics, no moral principles, no respect for women, no equality between employees, no regards of the work done by the deserving and stellar employees.

Would never recommend any one to even think of working here.

Very bad experience, They holds the salary sometimes, Do not release the incentives on time. Dictatorship is there, Unprofessional behaviour. Worst Company in Noida in US Staffing. Never think to work with them.

Very bad environment especially the vice president his name is "Gaurav Kohli" he asked me to stay connected through video call for whole day. He thinks he can run the business by torturing employees but he don't know he looks foolish by doing this. I joined their it took only 3 days and i had some power cut issues. In that situation they needed me to submit resume. Dictatorship will never work hand in hand with employees. I suppose no one feel secure working their. Very bad leadership management.
