Raayal's-The Dry Clean Shop

I have never seen such a rude owner. Clothes were spoiled n will never deliver on time. I gave them clothes for steam press n got late delivery n when delivered it was also not steam pressed. The owner is a fraud n will take the clothes n then will vanish in thin air at time of delivery

First of all the owner is the most rude person I have ever seen. Then I gave her many of my apparels, suits, coats and an one of my expensive coat. Each and every cloth was ruined and burnt. Moreover, she is asking me for the money of drycleaning. I prefer you never to visit this shop. This is the worst drycleaning shop I have ever seen.

No response on calls and poor quality of service they checked on call first if you have been through COVID and accordingly will collect the clothes from home.

Plz never use their service. I feel like a fool to even use their service, I gave so many clothes and I feel they have just put the tags and didn't even clean it. None of the clothes look like dry cleaned plus there is some smell in all the clothes. Moreover, I took out the dry cleaned blanket a while back, and realised that my bedsheet has become all dusty. So basically they ruined my superb quality blanket. It's so upsetting. I am not even worried about the money that's wasted, but the entire experience is so stressful. Very very bad.

Not professional at all! The lady who sits at the counter and attends the call has a really casual approach. Most of the times my clothes get delayed and I have to call them and ask when are they sending my clothes. And all the time the lady has some or the other excuse. This time the clothes came really badly ironed and when I called to ask them the reason, I was informed that they had kept a new person. It's not my fault if you have kept someone new at the job. There's no quality control or check. Would not recommend this place.

Lazy bums! Give them a call on Friday, they will respond by Sunday.thank god i didn't go for their dry-cleaning.

Worst dry cleaning experience personally. Only giving it a star because theres no option to give it a negative rating. Really bad service, pompous attitude, give dates but never deliver on time. I gave them a second chance thinking that everyone makes a mistake but they were too proud about providing horrible horrible service. Everyone dry cleans the same almost, this is a service oriented business, which they have no regard for. Never using their services or recommending them to anyone ever. Also dont expect the courtesy from them to apologize through either a token discount or even delivery to your place after a delay of 4 days. I had to pick up from their shop after all this mess. Disgusting.

Ps. I called them for 4 days straight to get my clothes the first time and the second time when I enquired about my clothes after a delay of 3 days, they told me that ill have to come pick them up. Such establishments need to re learn how to run a business because frankly theyre doing an incredibly bad job.
