WORST DOCTOR EVER (Dr. Sanjai Kumar Srivastava)
The worst of worst doctor. I guess he had a recent mouth stiching surgery. Man what is this even. My mother is asking for the precautions, symptoms and medicines to him but this guy, did not even uttered a word. I guess we are just here to pay 1100 to watch his face and he just scrambles something in the prescription, without even telling for how many days shall the medicines continues and for what all he has prescribed. WHAT A SHAME. These are so called experienced doctors of the country, just sitting and digesting the payment nothing else.
Do not recommend him at all to anybody. He might have a seizure telling the patient what all needs to be done.

Good for joint surgery. Have gone through Knee replacement surgery overall nursing and Dr.behaviour is good. Must have consultation if you are suffering with joint pain.

Best orthopaedic surgeon in lucknow. I went there for my Ligament injury, he understands and listen my problems carefully and gave treatment accordingly. Fully satisfied. Exercises explained by dr. Rohit (physiotherapist) was very helpful for me. He also was very humble and polite.

Please don’t visit this hospital on the name of Dr Sanjai. This hospital is running by pharmacist, The people at pharmacy substitute of prescribed medication with low quality one’s without asking the patient.
I have visited the hospital with my father, doctor was prescribed the CCM TABLETS of GSK pharma, and pharmacist has substituted it with third rated unbranded drug Cholecap, even this name is not heard by any other pharmacy.
Doctor’s fee is 1200 and the time he has given hardly 3 minutes. Doctor may be a good surgeon but overall, I would not suggest any one to visit this hospital, if you want can go in Medanta, there he will give ample time.

The staff (receptionist) is so uncooperative, rude and in a great hassle that they can't even talk over call to resolve the patient's queries. Disappointed.

Dr. Manish is really a brilliant and very practical kind of person. Very well mannered and straight forward personality. He himself is enough to handle any critical case and i must say he is one of the best ortho surgeon. Thank you Dr. For all what you have done for my kid.

Worst service we have been in touch with this doctor (Sanjeev Srivastava) since 2008 now we are unable to get his appointment we are trying to call him number always busy after60 call my phone picked up mam is saying no appointment yesterday also same issue mam on the phone was talking very rudely as if she is doing a favour.it is very difficult for you guys to give appointment to your patient who has been connected with you since 15 year even this doctor has also replaced knee of my mother and I want proper answer on that please.

कृपया डॉ संजय के नाम पर इस अस्पताल में न आएं। यह अस्पताल फार्मासिस्ट द्वारा चलाया जा रहा है, फार्मेसी के लोग रोगी से पूछे बिना निम्न गुणवत्ता वाली दवा दे देते है
मैंने अपने पिता के साथ अस्पताल का दौरा किया है, डॉक्टर ने जीएसके फार्मा के सीसीएम टैबलेट प्रेसक्राइब्ड किए गए थे, और फार्मासिस्ट ने इसे तीसरे दर्जे की गैर-ब्रांडेड दवा कोलेकैप के साथ बदल दिया, जब मैंने ये नाम और भी स्टोर में चेक किया तो पाया यह नाम किसी अन्य फार्मेसी ने कभी नहीं सुना जात। अगर आप 1200 फी देते हो तो आप की यह एक्सपेक्टेशन रहेगी की डॉक्टर अच्छी दवा प्रेसक्राइब्ड करे न कोई भी ऐसे वैसी। डॉक्टर की फीस 1200 है और उन्होंने मुश्किल से 3 मिनट का समय दिया है।

मेरी आप लोगो से एक सलाह जब कभी ऐसे हॉस्पिटल में जाए तो एक बार दवा को गूगल पे जरूर देखे।

Dr Sanjay Srivastava sir is one of the best docter in lucknow. Sir is very familiar to patient. Nursing staff and sir's Pro mr shailendra Singh is gems of Radius Hospital.

Very bad hospital and management. जितने भी कर्मचारी हैं सब अपने आप को अस्पताल का मालिक समझते हैं। जितने भी कर्मचारी हैं खासकर के जो रिसेप्शन में बैठते हैं उनका व्यवहार तो बहुत ही खराब है they all are very rude and did not reply even after 2 to 3 ask

Dr Sanjay Kr. Srivastava is best ortho surgeon in town of lko.
Nursing Staff is quite good at there duty.
Problem at RADIUS is the reception staff. They are too arrogant.
Will not give you correct info even after asking twice thrice and many more time.
They just misguide you again and again.
Costs are little bit on higher.

Dr. Sanjay sir is best surgeon and all resident doctors and nursing staff is very supportive and specially shailendra sir (PRO) he is very helpful and very nice human being.

After strong recommendations from few known people I went to see Dr Sanjay Srivastava (fee higher than other doctors, justifies for his competence and expertise)
After two hours of wait I got to see him.
He prescribed medication and asked for an x ray.
Got the x ray done on 8 th July at 9: 00 am. Asked for the report, they said that is given after two to three says.
On July 11, they asked for a prescription so that they can type the two lines they did.
When I requested for a follow up they said I can see Dr Praveen.
I haven't seen a more rude doctor than him. He felt it was demanding too much to understand the results of the x ray and seeking information about the medication prescribed.
He got irritated as I asked him to explain exactly what was the problem.

Three minutes of Dr Sanjay and four minutes of Dr Praveen made me run around for three days from my work, no satisfactory explanation of my problem.

We refer to doctors as "Dr Saheb".
How nice it would be if they too show some respect to their patients and not treat them as some needy, helpless roadside people.

Do ask at the counter before booking appointment with Dr Sanjay if he is available for a follow up.
They say, we can see with the reports in a seven day window.
The doctor has way too many commitments to be available for a follow-up up.

They said you can't see doctor Sanjay as he is traveling, pay the fee again to see him after 25Jukyb

Very good experience.nice environment.staff is very supportive.had very satisfying consultation with doctor sanjai.listens very carefully and is good support.
