Best dio center staff is very supportive good behavior for all staff specially Anupam ji very helpful.

They are dacoits, ill professionals and very casual in their approach.please do not ever go in this pathology.

Without any justification they are highly overpriced.but no consideration for the patients.
Request please don’t visit them.

Anupam was very helpful from the beginning I entered the centre for my test. A very humble and a courteous person. I would like to mention one more name Mrs manju singh, whose smiling face was like a cherry on the cake. Overall I was happy and satisfied

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है सीटी स्कैन होने के बाद कोई वापस हॉस्पिटल छोड़ने नही जाता है बहुत समय बर्बाद कराते हैं जो जांच निदान गोमती नगर में 6000 की होती है वो राज में 9000 की होती है मेरा तो बहुत ही घटिया अनुभव रहा

The worst service is from your pathology department. Had gone for the CT scan which is an expensive test, leaving behind the arrogant staff and other cleanliness issues. They did not provide the complete report, CD was missing from the report, so when I asked them they said you can come and collect it and once I reached they told the machine needs to be fixed and for 6-7 days they told me the engineer will come today. Till now they did not provide the complete report, neither the refund. So find a better place for your tests.

One of the most unprofessional imaging-services providing center I have visited thus far in Lucknow. There is no ownership of the data-entry and report creation/writing, i.e, the only tasks which are not automated. Reports are updated with incorrect details ranging from patient's name to the details of diagnosis as per the images generated. Not only that the reports have errors in details but so do the image-slides too have erroneous details printed onto them, leaving the Customer of no certainty if the report and images are of his/her or of someone else, with similar name, age, and gender and/or disease. Please refer to the attached image slide-My mother's name is misspelled not only in the original image-slide here but was also mis-spelled altogether differently in the report which, when contested by us and the staff Mr. Anupam and his supervisor confronted with to get explaination of these errors and delayed delivery of the report, they not only took no ownership for these errors and delay in delivery but were uncouth and unruly with my Father who is a Sr. Citizen. It was only when I dialed in to connect with Police Control Room that they budged and corrected the aforementioned errors, without a shread of regret for all the pathetic and preposterous customer-experience they meted out to us.

If you are taking treatment there Be ware raj scanning pharmacy most of time giving less capsule/tablet specially vitamins and seal broken mouth paist, garggle etc so my request please check all the medicine. It's happened many times since nov 2019

They don't pick up calls.
Too expensive compared to others.
Doctor was absent.
An MRI which takes not more than 40 minutes took 1 hr 20 minutes with patient inside the machine.

Pathetic staff. They are way too frustrated from there work. Mannerless. They don’t deserve to be doing tests it felt more like obligation that they did for me.

Worst place for MRI. They are not giving numbing to patients. They choose patients by there own. Staff are always misbehave with customer. MRI cost is too much high. Then other centre.

The worst service is from your patholgy department, kept sitting for 4 hours for investigation, saying that the doctor did not come. Sometimes he will come at 3 o'clock and sometimes it is being said that he will come at 4 o'clock. Government work has become like a job. It is a request to all of you to pay attention to all these things, especially on your staff and doctors.

We came here for mrcp test.here is of 3.0 tesla mri machine. This is good quality machine for mrcp test.big cancer hospital is this.towards mrcp test area repairing is continious at this time of building.

Highly Unprofessional don’t rely on them they will give you appointment but will never follow it and will ask you to go there branches at mahanagar and AlamBagh where there old machines are kept.doctor recommend them for there Latest machines at jiamau but staff play dirty and will even offer you to send to there branches by there vehicle.not at trust worthy making money is there only funda

Raj scanning people do not appreciate the time of the patient. I have come for ct scan from 11 am and nothing happened at 3 am. The operator is busy with their conversation and tea samosas. When asked, give the upright answer and shout

You may find not attractive but prices are really cheap. Mri got done in 4000₹.
