I never seen cheater in in life like Ravi hospital. Worst service, no humanity, no seriousness for patent. I wanna warn to all pls dont take services from ravi hospital.
I am here for my IVF treatment and this is one of the best hospital in Agra stuff are very helpful doctors are great. I it am feeling blessed to have my treatment here.
I have no words to explain, how much worst hospital. Every time new charges. No, Billing. Not any fix charges.promised amount changes every time. Everytime charges increases.staff is very rude behavior. Doctors are unresponsive.if you want to see your patient give money, want to talk patient give money, You have to give money every step in hospital.if you have lot of money you can admit. I will never suggest anyone to admit this hospital. I will never ever suggest to admit in this hospitals.thanks who suggested me this hospital so I will never come back to that type of hospital.
This is my first experience in life very bad hospital staffing and no any facilities as per charges and help desk member very root nature and not a good behaviour. And bill report is not clear everything the fack if you are not belive please visit the hospital and no any charge list and no any bill paper information anywhere.
We got an ivf from here about 1.5 years back.our first child after 10 years of marriage and wasting a lot of money with other treatment/doctors, have recommended it to many other relatives/friends too nd they got positive results as well.
Dont know how they get 4 stars. There reception dont have manners to talk and there answers are very blunt. The way they have presented on there webpage it looks like they are best but to be very frank.first impression is last impression.i am done checking

Worst experience here at Ravi Hospital. They absolutely rob people off their money. The staff over here is incorporative as well. They absolutely make fool of people and charge people on small small things that are always complementary with the hospital charges.
मैंने अपनी मौसी को बुखार और प्लेट कम होने से इस अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया तब इन्होंने आईसीयू का खर्चा 8000 से 9000 बताया फिर मैंने दवा चेकअप आदि की, डॉक्टर की फीस अलग से दी और 2 दिन बाद मेने खर्चापूछा कितना हुए नहीं बताया कहा जब छुट्टी करोगे तब बताएंगे जब छुट्टी कराने की बात की तो मना किया और 3 दिन में ₹99000 बताएं और कहा यह जमा करो तभी छुट्टी करेंगे डिस्चार्ज करने के लिए गेट पास हो तब फीस जमा कराओ लाइन में लगो स्टाफ सुनता नहीं है स्टाफ का व्यवहार खराब है डॉ रजनी भी अपनी फीस बहुत बताती है आप जब डिस्चार्ज करोगे तब लाखों का हिसाब बताते हैं भर्ती करते समय कुछ खर्चा फिर बाद में कुछ मरीज ठीक हो जाता है पर कर्ज से घिर जाता है डिस्चार्ज से पहले यह लोग खर्चा भी नहीं बताते हैं और आपको फाइलों के चक्कर में कहते रहते फाइल आएगी तब बताएंगे डिस्चार्ज करेंगे तभी पता चलेगा खर्चा कितना हुआ इस तरह से ठगते है इनको सभी खर्चा पहले ही क्लियर करना चाहिए जिससे मरीज के घरवाले संतुष्ट होकर जाएं जिससे उसकी क्षमता हो तो इलाज करा सके ना हो तो न करा सके
Pathetic hospital I've ever seen in my life. Only big building but Dr and staff is very bad.they didn't take care of the pateint. They are only for making money from the pateint. I suggest to everyone please do not go to this hospital.
I regret to chose Ravi Hospital Agra, Can't recommend this hospital, looting money only. Horrible experience with Dr. Pankaj Sharma (ICU Incharge) and Nurse Shaloo, behave like a local goon.
रवि हॉस्पिटल का nicu, picu का स्टाफ बहुत ही खराब है इन लोगो को मरीज़ के परिवार वालो के साथ बात करने की तमीज़ नही है। मरीज़ के बारे में पूछने पर आग-बबूला हो जाते है और सीधे कहते है कि आप अपने डॉक्टर से बात किया करो हमसे नही। मुझे अपनी बच्ची को रवि हॉस्पिटल के nicu में एडमिट करना पड़ा था क्योंकि डॉक्टर ने वहां रेफेर किया था अगर मुझे पता होता कि ऐसा स्टाफ है तो मैं भूल कर भी एडमिट नही करता कहीं और एडमिट करता। रवि हॉस्पिटल के nicu स्टाफ में मिस्टर शान जी है जिन्होंने मुझे बताया कि बच्ची की echo जांच होनी है 1500 रुपये लगेंगे मैंने कहा करवाइए तो फिर मुझे बताया जाता है कि 500 रुपये स्टाफ के लगेंगे कुल आपको 2000 रुपये देने है और मुझे जांच की रसीद दी जाती है 1500 रुपये की। 500 रुपये मिस्टर शान ने अपनी पॉकेट में रखे मेरे सामने। उसके बाद मैंने वहां दूसरे डॉक्टर को भी दिखवाने को कहा तो मिस्टर शान और उनके साथ मे मिस्टर रामेश्वर (nicu staaf) ने कहा कि 1500 रुपये लगेंगे मैंने कहा ठीक है लेकिन जब डॉक्टर सहाब ने देख लिया तो रामेश्वर ने 1000 रुपये डॉक्टर को दिए और 500 रुपये अपनी पॉकेट में रखे और डॉक्टर की विजिट के चार्ज की मुझे कोई रसीद नही दी गयी। nicu staaf में वहां के इंचार्ज है एक डॉक्टर बिग्यास जिनकी नाईट में ड्यूटी रहती है वो जब भी सुबह जाओ तो सोते हुए मिलते है अपने केबिन में और उनसे ज्यादा कुछ पूछो तो भगा देते है और साथ मे मरीज़ के डॉक्टर को बोलते है कि ये लोग कुछ ज्यादा ही परेशान कर रहे है। रवि हॉस्पिटल का मेडिकल भी कोई कम नही है डबल दामो पर दवा देते है एक इंजेक्शन मैं भर से लेकर आया जो कि इनके पास नही था इन्होंने चार्ज किये 120 रुपये और बहार से वह इंजेक्शन मात्र 30 में मुझे मिला। मेरे रिव्यु को सभी लोग ध्यान से पढ़े और इन सभी चीज़ों पर विशेष ध्यान दे आज मेरे साथ हुआ है कल आपके साथ होगा और फिर किसी और के साथ होगा।
My wife was operated here and my experience was bad. The first day we went there, she was very humble to us and till the operation everyone was very good to us but after the operation my wife suffered with some complications which were not attended to and the doctor instead of showing any concerns recommended us to consult someone else. So I would say that this was a very bad hospital for us and I would never recommend this to anyone.
Very bad hospital and my sister is not recovered yet after one month of operation, so maybe I will have to take a legal actions against you, when I went to your hospital yours docter's didn't attend me, so I went to Dr. Darsha and I got to know she is the Best Doctor
This is the worst hospital i have seen. My mother was operated here and we regret our choice of hospital. First of all there are many hidden charges that are not disclosed to us at the time of admission but are revealed at the time of discharge and second, the doctors don't attend to the patients themselves rather it is the nurses who attend to the patients. My overall experience with them was very very bad and I would never recommend this hospital to anyone

Very best experience. By negligence of Ravi hospital my baby disable by birth.only money minded doctor and staff. I hate them.on delivery time my wife admitted hospital before 24 Hours.staff careless hai.baby ki heartbeat measurements Mai kam aayi. Staff says instruments ki betery low hai.its ok.next day jab seizure operat kiya dr.ne bataya I c u Mai beby ko admit Karna Hoga.brain Mai oxygen ki Kami ho Gaye hai. Mai regular wife ko 9 -10 months se Ravi hospital Mai chaikup Kara Raha tha. Dr.ko follow Kar raha tha.sub Kuch, sari report 9 months tak normal thi.but in last Dr.ki negligencey se Mera baby cerebral palcy due to lack of oxygen in mind.
Had two experiences in this place, one was an insurance based operation, the doctors as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and the process was very smooth.
A relative also had IVF done at the centre with excellent result after failures at multiple other centres with reasonable pricing
Overall there is a good environment in the hospital and you feel good when you are in the place.
