Worst experience.don't buy any realme product.when your product needs repairing they will not repair and also deferring you by saying product is ok

Unsupportive and careless staff. Inattentive and self obsessed with lots of attitude. Sorry but this has been experienced by me.

Very poor service. My problem not resolved yet. They just submit your device and after some time return you without fix the problem and give you a lot of excuses.

Today I went to this service center. This was the worst service center I have seen. A lady named sunita took my phone and given feedback about their center. Really very unprofessional ghar gharelu type lady she was. Service was good but I think they need to change their staff with a professional one.

My Query fulfill in realme service center Agra.staff is too good.

Hy hiii everyone. I am jay.some problem in my realme watch visit my nearest Realme service center Agra.such a good and fast service.with in 15 minutes I got new replacement my watch. Staff behavior is too good.thanks to realme service center and thanks to sunita Ma'am

When i bought a new Realme Vooc 20 W charger from here for my Realme 3 Pro. They gave it without box in a transparent polythene.and only for 800Rs.instead of 999Rs. I don't know if the charger is safe or they gave me used charger. But i want the answer.
