Fraud Alert! Fraud Alert! I am changing my previous review*****The whole process went smoothly. The person who came to collect the sample was well mannered and helpful. **** They only help till payment is done. They missed blood culture report and then my husband had to get admitted and again we had to repeat all the tests. Total mismanagement. I dont know what they are doing with all the vials of blood they are taking from you. Very disappointed.

The experience was good, just one suggestion please make sure that the customer doesn't recieve multiple calls despite the booking getting confirmed. This happened with me twice that after the booking got confirmed I still got another call for booking. Other wise the experience is good and results come out really quicker

This is my first experience with Redcliffe and it was very nice and I highly impressed with the service.
Sample collector boy came on time, very hygiene, took sample very nicely, polite speaking.
The best part is company's sample collection kit. Everything is packed in a sealed packet and open in front of us.
Will recommend to others also.
Call Center people are also very helpful and polite.

This is my first experience with Redcliffe and it was very nice and I highly impressed with the service.

Situation was such, I was totally unaware of Redcliffe labs and friends gave me other options wherein home collection was not possible and I not in a position. I was browsing for other options. Then I came across Redcliffe. I have just registered, representative called me and booked available slot 6am. I was not sure, but sharp at 6am sample collection representative called me almost 15 min I have guided to flat. Thankyou very much for the support

Most value for money and reports are too accurate as campared with all lab's.

Very bad service. Sample collection guy goes somewhere else. We waited with fasting for more than 14 hrs.
Customer support is also not available in early morning.
The relationship persons phone is also switched off. What is mess.

I got my sample picked up from home and received my report within 48 hours.

Nice centre, very hygienic and staff was also very supportive there and the best part I got my covid result within 48 hour's

I have been using them for my family and my self throughout covid have always got excellent services and quick reports.

Extremely fake reports and it's not once but twice, thrice if anyone is going to relay on their fake reports for sure they are going to take a high risk with their life and can even loose their life.

Get yourself tested, if needed/required.they are good and fast.

Had a talk with Mr. Akash Giri regarding my Covid report. There was some issue cause of which I did not receive an email or a notification of my report. Mr Akash Giri personally helped me and provided my report within half an hour.

Redcliffe team is conducting RTPCR tests and is total fraud. One instance - they conducted test of 4 members in a family, didn't take the sample properly, didn't give any bill, the staff were totally untrained, unprofessional. And the icing on the cake was all tests report were wrong. They gave negative reports and all patients were actually positive, one of them highly positive with lung infections. It's a scam on large scale.
