I was really in awe of the service provided to me. It was urgent visit for my mother but I was helped for appointment and assistance. Really thankful

Skin doctor not available. Not even in the clinic in the prescribed time. Staff always say you come to clinic and then we will call the doctor and when reached there doctor said he is busy come tomorrow. They charged fees 60% above the market and the service is very low quality.

Highly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency exhibited by the staff and practitioners. Things were quite smooth and carried out with seriousness towards the patients. Knowledge of products was also in place and it was not treated as a business but offered genuine help. Names to note are Mr. Ravi Doshi, Snigdha whose efficient and professional behaviour made us decide to come back here in future too for any such requirments.

Loved the service of the hospital. Specially Mr. Ravi Doshi who attended us so well and was there all the time during the checkups. He is really to the ground and I am really thankful for his cooperation on our urgent requirement. Highly recommended.

Great set up…extremely clean, doesn’t feel like any hospital. Very friendly staff and the amenities and facilities are world class.

I don't want to comment on other doctors but dr. Atul Gupta so called oncologist is the worst doctors having zero empathy for patients just need money whether patient is being benefitted or not. My relative having CA pancreas was treated by him and he just gave chemo and no treatment for adverse effect of chemo. He has no knowledge for adverse or side effects of chemo agents and their treatment.
I would have given zero star.

Its had been a smooth and comfortable experience at Regency Parade for Full Health checkup done for my parents. Mr. Ravi and other staff was coordinated, supportive and helpful. They have a seperate floor for health check. Physician consultation is also part of the it. Highly recommended place in Kanpur if looking for healthcheckups. Thank you Ravi for all your support.

Went for my kids health check up and vaccination today. First of all docotor never honor vaccination schedule as per other hospital. I requested to vaccinate my kid as per Fernandez hospital (HYD) schedule, but doctor went with their schedule only.

Secondly medical store staff was pathetic.

1. They didn't give the full medicines as per the prescription (missed the most important antibiotic which doctor has added today itself). Please always cross verify your medicines with your prescription.

2. They foolishly argued with me and my wife that customer should tell up front how they will pay the bill i.e. Cash/card. They said they will not ask for it. I mean where the hell this rule come from and only followed in that medical store.

3. When I asked them to allow me to use my card's wireless facility (no contact payment as per covid protocol). The super ignorant and foolish medical store staff told me that your cards wifi may not be working due to network issue in card. And processed the payment via pin method.

Advice: Please train and educate your medical store staff to know the basics of medicines and customer behavior.

Went for a full body checkup in tie-up with my organization.the schedule was great.cooperative staff and services were quick.

Well cleaned and maitained its not give hospital feel ambience is good as well as staff come for mother treatment very caring staff.

Some people's are writing their review about cleaning, parking, location and many more basic infra. When we are talking about hospital we should wrote review on treatment and medical facilities which is main work of hospitals. We are not going to live their for lifetime, we are not going to park out vehicle there daily, we are not going to sleep their thats why we need hygiene we are not going to use toilets on daily basis so why we talk about these basic infra. People only go there for treatment and as well as their patient got recovered they never want to go there.

Hospital staff and dialysis staff is best staff Show here from the doctor and get all the medical tests done here too because this thing is very good here but do not take medicine from the medical store here because medicines are not available in the medical and medical staff is very insolent.

Because Whenever, we use to call to the Reception of the Regency hosipital parade for asking any query regardings the checkup or for appointment suitable time the Receptionist never replies us in a proper way or never give proper information so please look towards improving your careless staff and this number is not easily pickup the call many times so why so careless cutomer behaviour this will lead to deploy the reputation of the Hospital

Even single nurse is not available. I suggest everyone please don’t come here, the facilities of small pathology lab is much much batter

Vaccination of child done by nurses instead of Dr. Rashmi who gave 2 min of her precocious time to show preprinted Pemplate of kids diet.
If I have to get vaccination from nurse then for what we are paying your for?

Located very well, near parade, it has various facilities like complete health checkup a Pharmacy, Wellness Centre and also hosts super specialist like OPD clinic, CT Scan, digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, pathology, pharmacy etc.
It has ample parking space for cars and a number of ambulances.
