Worst place. Third class store and worst customer experience. Farheen (sales executive) doesn’t have manners how to talk to customer and unprofessional. It took me 10 minute to decide a product but bill generation took 1.5 hour. 8 person were generating bill of 2 products and complaining about the mobile and POS machine which they got for bill generation. Even after 1.5 hour they have done mistake in my bill.
Thanks to Lakhan and Satyam, both sales executive are good. Reliance please look in to this

Hi, Bought Samsung UHD 4k tv from Reliance Digital, Shipra mall. It was a good experience. Azhar Khan explained each and everything about the tv and gave enough time in deciding the tv. Thanks a lot.

After taking so much time I take good one laptop with in my budget Thanx to Sachin and monu sir.

U need to train your staff how to speak with customers. Ur staff behave like a sabziwaala. I told ur staff that one item is available at Amazon with less price than reliance digital. He told "fir wahi se le lo". Aise bewakoof employee aapki dukan band karwaenge bhai. Koi samajdar employee hota to apne product ki qualities batata, justify karta apne product ki cost, but he behaved like a road side thele waala.

Reliance Digital at Shipra mall is not worth visiting and does not even deserve a single.star. The staff is least interested in selling you products rather they are engaged in their own gossips, none of them is knowledgeable or even helpful. I had been to store to purchase JBL 5.1 soundbar, I finalized and asked for the best price from sales executive, instead of discount they told over and above charges if I go for no cost emi, one of the executive even told, sir why are you buying it from here, you should look outside, finally after struggle of 3 hours they finally billed the product and promised next day delivery, next day I got a call from reliance due to some technical error we could not able to deliver it today, finally i had to cancel my purchase and I bought the same product from Vijay sales Indirapuram which are much better than Reliance, Vijay sales offered much more discount on the product and they delivered the product same day as promised.

So I do not recommend Reliance digital Shipra mall for any kind of purchase, better you should look out for Vijay sales or electronic paradise which are much more professional than Reliance.

Finally I have got my M1 after visiting chroma, vijay sales I found Reliance digital is very good in terms of customer satisfaction! And you need AC in loan department block it heats like hell! Please take note

Reliance is ok but their bajaj finance is big fraud. Don't go with bajaj. Reliance walo ko bajaj ko wahan se bhaga dena chahiye.

The staff here is very good - always found them responsive, but the payment queue, specially if you choose to pay by card, is unreasonably longon weekends.
Tip: if you plan to buy laptop, be aware that all laptops in these type of stores are home segments laptops, which are nowhere close to business segment models.

It's the best reliance digital when compared to all other branches in ghaziabad.its big and almost have all your electronic products.

Staff ‍️‍is good, wild range of products in same roof.but some products is over pricing, some products are outdated, before sale service is good but after sale service not up-to-date. Products purchase from local market shop is better option

Bought a Sony LED TV on Republic Day sale at Shipra Mall store. They sent me home a unit manufactured 2 years ago. Now convincing me to keep it.

Purchased Whirlpool double door Refrigerator,
Within 3 months, it got issues.
Worst part is Reliance digital Shipra mall is having pathetic AFTER SALES SERVICE.
They say We will help you but they doesn’t.
From past 2 weeks I am calling them for repair, they say you will get a call in 5 mins, but its been 2 weeks no help is been provided.
After sales Service is everything today.
Purchasing products from AMAZON is is the best. They are the best in the Market regarding quality and after sales service. I had purchased Washing machine and many products from Amazon and I am highly satisfied. But Reliance digital is giving Me hard time. I made a mistake purchasing fridge from Reliance digital. I will not repeat this mistake again.

Store ambience is very nice, staff also knowledgeable, you can get all electronic gudget at one place

Worst service provider. Purchased fridge from store on condition that they will deliver and install the product on next day and wrong commitment given to me as they have to sale the product. Whole day I waited for them and no one turned up. Even they stopped picking up my phone calls.

Ajay n Ashraf were really grt as salesman. They meant the business. Ajay is highly recommended ; bit biased as we share the same first name. Keep it up.

Environment is too good, All the staff is very helpful also the showroom is also very interesting to visit.

Worst experience with store. I purchased AC from here and got 'safe stab' stabilizer free with it. When the installation guys came they found it faulty amd assured to be replaced with in 2-3 days. Its been more than 15 days and we still following up with them. They have mow stopped taking our calls and if we call on the store they tell us the guys who are to provide the update are on leave.

Good but I'd suggest you compare the price because sometimes they set it too high plus they don't have all the products so the chances of not getting your desirable product are very low and they will try to convince you buy something else from their store.

Nice place to have electronics item. Do some homework before going there, you may get diverted from your requirement.

Ordered an RO from their store. Received a defective piece.for replacement, they aren't receiving calls.even if they did they have got no solution for this. They keep inassuring you, your product will be reaching tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes.
