Bought a samsung ac which got installed in 10 days, that too wrongly by their installation team. The samsung service team had to step in and make corrections. In addition to this, the manager and customer support were very rude.
They dont know have any responsibility. The ac remote that they gave, was not original, it was from a demo product.we had to chase them for 4 days to get correct remote.salesperson have no knowledge about product.
All people will never tell you truth. Sab jhuth bolte rehte hai.

Worst place to buy from Civil lines store.

Very poor Service and bad behaviour of staff, I said that I would buy a TV but the staff there did not want to sell the TV. I liked a TV of BPL but the staff said that the TV is not a stand and not a wall mount, I had to come back disappointed and asked the staff to need a briefing on how to handle customers. Mam also said that we have passed There are such customers who do not need TV stand and wall mount.

Sir, I have taken a Samsung mobile from Reliance store on 11-July-2023.
But the mobile is not charging properly and there is also scrap in the mobile. Mobile bill payment time not given correct information.

Sir, I have been going around the store since 2 days, no one listens to me.
Due to mobile, I am not even able to go to school.please return my mobile as soon as possible

This case is being reported on behalf of my friend. He orderd something else and got billed for another thing. He was tracing one LG microwave from a month and staff their billed him another lower model and denied to exchange it his money got wasted and staff behaviour was like a vegtable seller in street no ethics no professionalism. I dont recommend anyone to buy anything from this store as these people can do anything to increase sales figure of their underselling product

Amazing experience buying the product and the co worker attitude was phenomenal too. Hope you keep the same too.

Well you can buy any electronic items here at reliance digital with amazing offers. The problem lies with their staff, they dont give you the correct info regarding any offer and the worst thing is that they usually manipulate the offers to increase their sale. I have been to other reliance stores but none of their staff have been like this.

If you are looking to finance things try KK sales reliance digital is good but it takes too much time in loan proceeding and always ask for offers and cashback

A one stop place for almost all the tech you would need. They provide with a vast range of mobiles on display which you can feel and use yourself without any hesitation. Awode variety of speakers and headsets.
Almost every laptop you can imagine in a decent budget and high end as well.
Storage devices, televisions, home appliances, air conditioners, washing machines and what not.
Best part is that you can get them at a price you don't need to worry about checking at various places.

Building have three floors for all three types service, ground floor for footwares first for garments and second for digital gazets

Be careful while buying extended warranty on laptops. The eager salespersons will hide the fact that extended warrsnty is not from OEM but is from reliance!
My daughter was going to France and I asked the salesperson to specifically confirm that warranty on her expensive HP Omen aas international. He confirmed and showed a table to me with green ticks.
Then he sold be extended warranty worth more than 17000 knowing that the warranty would be required in France.
On registering the laptop with HP they confirmed that no extended warranty is available.
Now I am running around trying to get a refund.
Update: I got a refund after visiting the store twice and following up. It took about a month but finally they did it graciously.

Worst service ever. They took 20 days to install a washing machine and their technical person kept lying and tried to sell a local spare part by saying that your appliance is lacking few parts for installations.
The store manager takes no responsibility once the product is sold and diverts all the calls when sought for help.

Store Guys in Mobile section are not even aware of the latest technologies and don't know the features of brand specific UI/OS. Lol! They will show interest only if you are looking for a premium phone above 35K.

On the other hand, Guys in laptop section are much aware and informed about the latest tools and technologies and more friendly.

Wide variety of TVs and Laptops can be found. The store lacks on the electric goods segment. For instance, products like dishwasher, vacuum cleaners etc.are hard to find or have 4-5 models to show. Apart from this, the store covers major electronics handsomely.

If a person wishes to buy something but finds it difficult to get in the budget he considered, payment via EMI can be done which requires following a procedure as per the requirements. Basically, a person can get any gadget he wants at an affordable price. Except the fact that there's no exchange offer for replacing the old device with new one.

Almost Every Tech Item is available here. And such a nice and fast delivery within 3 hours within same day of order for nearby delivery.

They are liars, they will say anything to make you pay.
I got a tv from them they said use any card which you have its no cost EMI
and when I got the bill I have to pay interest which is 5000 extra.

Reliance digital was a mall of cloth and digital appliances. This mall is of reliance company. The cloth and accessories are good

The only place in the entire city with so many brands under one roof.the huge display accompanied by expert guidance and support helps to pick item at a reasonable prices

They (the staff) will help you until you pay after that formalities will be your concern. Like if you want to buy a laptop and there is lots of things you will get after paying the cost. Your windows activation etc

Important: ask them exactly what things added in your bill other than your item. They do add things like antivirus etc without asking customer.

Not as per exepection.at entry you will be stopped for paying parking fee.this time the behaviour of the staff may hurt you.the way he demanded, I was shocked to see.his mask was below his nose.however I entered into the mall, the collection is not good.old collection.

The products are good, but the staff are obnoxious. They force you into believing their stupid notions for their own personal gains without thinking about what the customer actually wants.

Many of the things many of the thinks price too costly but some is moderate.you can buy here all type wear winter and summer wear have good facilities to visit and good behaviour of representaters.have all type of payment type accept here cash, online and all other payment method.i prefer to come here for the shopping and also suggest you to came you in moderate price good cloth.thank you

They have bring items. From their warehouse in Lucknow which takes 2days time. They should also maintain their stock in the city itself
