Please dont visit this place. The staff dont have the appropriate knowledge of what they are selling. Specially Mr. SHIVA SHUKLA and Mr. SAMEER.they make fool of customers by handing wrong products and top of that customer care also didnt responded with solution.

Came here to buy TV the guy who attended was a good sales guy but his so call Manager Mr. Ashutosh was really bad was not ready to give and discount and was very bad at customer services really bad and pathetic experience will not suggest anyone to visit

Extremely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour by department manager Mr akhil asthana. After visiting thrice to their store they have provided a device worth 33,000 but mr akhil made us wait for more than an hour for the billing of the device and later on tried to pressurize us to buy an extra service worth 1500 with the device which i refused to purchased as i dont need any additional service. So he deliberately asked his staff to not to bill the device to us. When we tried to meet and talk him he just refused to meet us and didnt even came out of his room. Though the staff was helpful and gave us the number of store manger which later on helped us to get the device.
Not recommended at all.wasted my whole day just to buy a single device at this place.the senior staff should take action against these type of employees.

A good store at kapoorthala. I bought galaxy A30 from the store. But still shri ram tower is the best place to buy. Price is same but options available for snartphone is more at SR tower

Best Reliance Digital Store in Lucknow {personal thought}. The situation of store is in Halwasiya market, the old traditional market of Lucknow. 50 meter from Hazratganj metro station, so no need to take your vehicle. Although vehicle parking available opposite SBI head office at a walking distance.
The arrangement of products in store is very good. The product range is very good. Staff is cooperative. No bargaining, but they offer discounts from Reliance Digital (cheaper than Amazon for products I bought). Store location allows you to immediately go for a treat after purchase - ranging from chai-samosa to Royal Cafe and Cafe nearby. Overall good shopping experience. Must try once if shopping for electronic items.

Common Parking (of Halwasia) is available but i find it not legitimate, as it did not look like Government or private owned parking lot.

Nice staff and dealing. Some great offers. But sometimes all the varients of a product are nit available or the old models are only available instead of the new ones!
