Ltd Worst Service provider Maine inhe apne yanha AC fit karne k liye bulaya inhone ne uska charge bataya 1415 including GST.ye mujhse bola ki stand ka charge alag se lagega bola 900 rs ka stand hai. Jabki bahar yahi stand 500-600 me mil raha hai. To maine kanha mai apna stand llakar de raha hu aap ko to bole aap apna stand doge to bhi 500rs alag se charge karunga. Matlab 1415 rs ke sath 500 alag se chahiye stand lagane ke jabki wo to instalation charge me hi include hota hai. Har chiz jabardasti apne paas se jabardasti thopenge aap k uper aur faltu charge karenge double. Fraud type k loag hai maine Inke senior ko bhi call kiya wo bhi aisi hiharkate bata raha hai. Surender name hai ghaziabad me kaam dekhte hai. Reliance jio mart ya Reliance digital se koi samaan mat kharido ye inke Service provider choor type k hai customer ko bewaqoof bana rahe hai.

The person in sales team name vinod is the best person to contact for any kind of purchase and he is very polite and have all the curtacy to attain a customer with a good heart

Reliance digital is good place but they have very limited selected models. They have everything like TV, laptops, mobile phone, washing machine, freez, AC etc but very limited brand and models. And price are little higher in comparison to out side.

Very Bad and Uneducated Employee work in Reliance Digital Store they have manner less.
One of the Employee work in Reliance Digital Store his name Himanshu delivered my AC on road they have not any type of sense how to delivered product in customer premises.

The professionals working might not appear to be helpful always.
Make sure you've a mask when you enter.
They've covered all the majority brands and thier latest models from fridge to AC to smartphone

Very courteous and informed staff. They know the products very well and advice customer on best suited options. Very big and spacious showroom with good collection of appliances. Offers on products are good however prices are comparably on the higher if compared to online. Overall a good experience and will recommend this place for sure.

Staff and support provided is not as expected from a brand like reliance. Forced me to walkin to the store and still not able to understand the requirements. I have placed an order with reliance digital which was much easier.

I visited the store first sales person was not at all interested in doing sales not telling any benefits/drawbacks about the product and he was the category manager.

I asked him to call senior and then came to know about product details.
