This store of Reliance Digital is not good. I have bought a laptop and while buying they said that while claiming insurance no money will be deducted. But when I have contacted them they are just moving the things around. Don't go for it.

Such bad service! The salesman takes you round and round the options and then other things! They do not care about the customer's time! This was my second visit and horrible, as always. Unnecessarily rude and with no consideration of what the customer really wants.

Had a really Nice experience here, Staffs were very helpful and supportive specially Rajeev Ji. Would recommend everyone to come here for shopping.

I bought my Havells mixer grinder from there for around 4500 and it's nice their customer service is nice they know their products how to present to customer in this store you can find Every electrical and appliances thing specially tv fridge washing machine phones sterio speaker headphone headsets many more things

All there number are not active. They said to deliver product by next day and now I am trying to contact all 4 numbers are switched off.

Reliance digital stores sigra Varanasi staff give wrong information. He said before less price 33990 of TCL c725 50inch model but at the time of billing he code 34990. Manager of stores says he can't do for it. Extension of warranty price he says 2000 but billed 5999.

Do not buy anything from this store. Worst service. They delay all the processes unnecessarily. The staff is completely unprofessional with zero coordination

I bought a laptop during payment processing my HDFC or ICICI didn't worked so I couldn't get a benifit of rs1000 very sad. Çan I get it back. Lots of staffs tried but always came with a lame excuse. It is my right and I should get it back. Nither they compensated with other benefits. Lack of professionalism. I am sure they will give their excuses, but a last I lost my money due to sigra, Varanasi branch incompetence.

Staffs are good and they provide variety in multiple brands in electronics like. Smartphone, T. V, Laptop, Accessories etc.

Personally I don't like the way they attend the customer, I visited their iPhone but the salesman was so careless and didn't even give a proper estimate they just talk verbally and no price list, finally we returned and bought the iphone from another mobile shop with far good deal.

Very poor company don't buy any anything from here. Very poor after sale service. Once you pay the billing you become a helpless customer. You need forget the money which you have paid.

Very Very poor poor service. Product available at store only for show piece, when you want to purchase any product at the same time from store it is not possible, book it first. They delivered your booked product within 2-3 days on the store. At your place 10 -15 days. Think this is electronics store, relience try to apply monopoly on customers. Store manager also lallu-lal. They said to me products not available at store, it is come from lucknow godown after booking confirmed.
