Obviously a good place to buy your stuff. However, I would surely recommend to do your proper research beforehand and then purchase the item. Going to the store and buying on the advise of the salesman is not good. I did so cause I didn't much back then so I bought a laptop with low specs. Also, even if they don't have the item you have decided, you can go to the Croma store which is in front of the mall. But still, it is a preferred place because they have many items and options for payment available.

I visited to check out the new Samsung galaxy tab s8 and iPad air 5.

Both of these were not available there.

We have bought a few electronics from here but I feel they don't keep updated stock.

Happened with our fridge. My parents spent more than a lac on an old model because they were not informed this by the representatives there.

There was an offer on the fridge, a free tv but we had to fight for that too later.

Sold me a defected piece of equipment its was last in stock he wrapped it up, tested only one feature and i forget to check all the features i thought this is a new piece it won't be defective but only one feature was working other two were not.
Means in bluetooth speaker only bluetooth was working other features like playing with audio cable was defective, and playing with micro sd card was also not working. Now i have to take it to service center.

If you can buy any electronic devices you will go reliance digital in Phoenix mall in alambagh.

Very poor customer service, went to buy a Sony Bravia LED TV, executive behaviour was so rude and arrogant from Sony.

Altaugh I find my required product but due to only one piece left, there was no packing, box available and even user manual was not given.

Most stuff is outdated, and selling at MRP. On name of discount, they are trying to sell via EMI offers, which basically exceeds the overall cost. At max, they give charger (at 50% off) as free, which is again adding to your cost.
Better just try things here, and buy on Amazon/Flipkart.

I tried to buy a phone in HDFC finance the person is so arrogant and rejected it my cibil is 770 the guy is a fool start hiring someone who has knowledge of finance

The person who is at jio store has an attitude problem.
He is rude to customer. He will not be available at counter first and when he will talk to you is not ready to listen you.

It is totally cheating firm. High rate commission gaining retail shop. It, s employees misgauide to costomers. After selling any products they not resolve customer, s problem. The Reliance digital retail shop sells all defective electronic products. Thus costomers are arritated.

A great place for electronics requirements. You can get any type of electronic equipment like wireless headphones, car charger etc. A recommended place for electronic needs.

So many types of electronic gadgets and items available there with very affordable price. Specially on TV they can negotiate easily so do bargain before purchasing here.

If you buy some electronic product please conform from another store or shop. Huge price difference between reliance store and other shop.relience store is too costly.i have buy canon printer and bought from other shop and save 3000 rps
