The horrible experience. I went over there for note exchange. The working timing is 9: 30 or 10: 00, I am not certain. But, I was allowed to enter only after 10: 00. Shockingly, the note exchange counter was not opened till then. After standing for more than 30 minutes, the notes were exchanged.

If this is attitude of regulator, how the RBI can expect good customer service from Banks.

Note: My exchange money was credited in my account after 30 days. So you must have patience if you deposited money for exchange.

सरकार से जारी बैंक गाइडलाइन, यदि कोई बैंक नही मान रहा है, कोई पैसे को लेकर आनाकानी कर रहा है। कोई गलत नोट दे दिया हो। या सरकार की तरफ से बंद नोट को बदलवाना हो, यहाँ सारे काम हो जाते है।
