As I got the RO machine at EMI of 6months. There was no pressure from the company for the payments as we were also on time. There were no issues since 4 years, 1.5 yrs, even though the Risen Royal service called me after one year of purchase and informed me that it is time to change all filters as part of periodic maintenance. Since our use is limited, 4 member family, I refused the service and waited for audible alarm for filter change as mentioned in the manual. Last week ie.after 2 yrs of use, alarm started and I booked for service. The next day technician changed all filters and UV lamp and now the purifier is working fine. The total cost is 990/- including service charge 100/- and optional external sediment filter replacement 400/-. As per manual all those filters should be changed yearly or the alarm sounds whichever comes earlier. So, you anyway have to spend around 2500/- as annual service cost.
Tho the best service ever I got from the Risen Royal RO Water purifier and they provide prompt and healthy behavior with there customer. As promised within 6hrs service is given up to the marks and which is really remarkable. I like the way they treat there parts and handle our RO so carefully. I am the one of the happiest customer of them and hope for some free services and free parts installation as we are old and good customers of them.
