My fridge not cooling for some time, then I call rk refrigeration office, can you believe he is very good person mr. Rinku polite behaviour, so come my home rk team & check my fridge his said your fridge are good condition only electric switch not working. So recommended for all friends any work for Ac & Fridge to call Rk Refrigeration, tnx.

Fixed the ac completely. I highly recommend them as they get the job done with a no nonsense attitude.

The AC compressor was not working since 2 months and I kept getting it repaired again and again. So, I thought to call some different guy and called rk refrigeration and told them about my AC's condition and they fixed the AC right in the evening and till now its working perfectly.

Do not trust the 5 star reviews.all from their own workers. I called them on the basis of reviews I was astonished to see the way they work zero knowledge.they were on phone most of the time and asking someone else what and how to do things. I had to request them to stop the work half way through. Rinku is big time cheater and they are not professionals at all. I eventually called up the company people.

Very sad untrained team.new learners.do not risk your assets with them.they can fool you with gas.they will show there is no gas and then pretend to refill it and loot you with your hard earned money. I have been conned by Rinku Kumar

Very bad service ac din work after two days.when i called them.they said bla bla bla bla and did not own to their mistakes and even the gas was not filled up to the mark.finally got my Ac serviced again from other vendor.so had to pay double for the same service. Felt that i have been literally fooled by Rinku and team.

Big time thief. Rinku cheated me n wasted my time.thank God I took the money back he knows nothing about the refrigerator n my refrigerator had enough gas but he said it needs a refil n charged me 1200 rupes bn left but then I saw he not fix the things back which he opened.n also lost one of the bolts to fix it back.then I called him and asked him why din he fix things back.he goes " mamm ik adhey pin reh Jaya toe koi fark nai parta. I mean seriously.this is the kind of service they provide.all reviews are paid reviews.and moreover he doesn't value his existing clients.his main motive is to capture ne clients.very disappointed ️

Finally I called Sharp people to fix the issue today.they fixed it.the issue was with sensor which I got replaced here I will add the bill n picture too. Rinku logo ko bewakoof mat banaoo

First of all, the person told that cooling gas needs to be refilled, so we paid for that.
But that gas didn't last even few weeks.
Now when we asked him for the refill and repair, he said he will charge again for everything but it was his team failure to do that in first go.
Why customer should pay twice if their team is not that competent.
Team is seriously not punctual, he will tell you that he is coming in morning but he will show up in evening.

He has done gas filling in two Acs.
One AC 1 ton Window AC voltas gas leaked again within 8 days now he is not picking the phone after knowing the gas leak again. He had turned up after three days and told me that he could not attend the phone because of his brother in law expired. I was not aware of it so gave 1 star. Now he has rectified the problem to my satisfaction and the AC is working all right now, so 5 star.

Rinku ji is well aware of his job and gave best possible suggestions regarding repair and services required in all 3 window ACs of my house.
