One of the worst Customer support Service, from last 10-15 days they are unable to check / replace the new CCTV Camera & daily says we are waiting for that product from Delhi, our parcel is not delivered, we don't have technician today, bla bla bla.
At the time of selling Mr. Alankar (owner of this shop) claiming & urge us to use Quanteck Company CCTV & told us that they have very good on-site Service. (although we were in favour of CP PLUS or other brand)
I would not recommend this he is charging more even for SD Card compared to Market price.
So guys beware of this Shop who is claiming good. CCTV shop.
