5 Stars are too less for this workshop. They did an amazing work in finding the electrical fault in my car.
Owner is too cool and has a very indepth knowledge of his work.

I will suggest everyone in Agra to visit the workshop for any sort of Car repairs.

Nice workshop having good technicians and helpful staff. They give regular updates and keep you posted about repair work. In case of any extra repair, they will seek your approval and then only proceed

Good staff with experience. Solved issues with my xuv300. Fixed reverse gear switch and steering rack bush. These issues were not resolved by Mahindra service centre as well.

I have been their customer since last 7 years. I thinks a review will be authentic.
Honestly in last 7 years they have grown in professionalism and more accurate disgnosis. I have chaged 2 cars since then but be it any brand of car you are driving they deliver excellent quality. Thanks to Mr. Sahani for great leadership.

The attention was too good friendly and very good service but the technicians not that experienced, I had to change the entire set n clutch plate for no reason, when I said my car clutch is rising and I insisted by thinking the clutch plates were worn out, but even after removing from the gear box the head Machanic didn't notice r ignored the old clutch plate, after replacing with new clutch plate I found the same complaint and when I called they said we have to check the clutch cylinder,
Actual fault / complaint in my car was different which they didn't found out I found out n fixed it by my self

Thanks a ton Road X. I was told by the Renault dealer in Agra that my engine needs Engine Overhaul. My car had done only 43K mileage and will cost me around 1.2 lakhs.

It was my friend who suggested me Road X Bosch Service Station, though the kept my car for 2 days, but voila my car is perfect. They diagnosed a problem with my ECU, Wiring and rectified it and charged me only 3700 - God bless the team. Way to Go Team Road X

I have verna fluidic petrol and it was my second time for service in this station and they have excellent workers to take care of your car in all aspects wheather its for ac, service and also for accidental cars they all are very excellent in working and also you can reliable on them. Keep it up guys u all are rock in AGRA.

The supervisor is very ill behaved and don't know how to talk professionally.
The owner don't like to hear customer feedbacks and is judgemental and have his own views.

I gave my car for washing, somehow the person who went to take delivery of my car did not notice that the technicians or supervisor who took car to washing bay had scratched heavily my car bumper.

I noticed in few minutes after we took delivery.
We just went to the owner to give him feedback that their staff should take care and what should be done so that my bumper could be as earlier at minimal cost.

Instead the owner started blaming us for not checking while taking the delivery and on top of all behaved inappropriately as if i had taken free service or want free service. Had not taken conscience of even what and why i was complaining.
However due to this attitude of both owner and supervisor i had denied the free paint work offered in disgust by Road X

Will never ever recommend this service station of bosch, May be another of bosch.
Such cheap thinking is not appreciated.

First of all you clearly don't know me as i am not employee of said dealership, you need to update

Secondly I had heard about bosch service center, unfortunately found yours

Thirdly I had not even asked discount on rates and paid full, even denied your so called charity offered to me and never asked for that

And thanks for this type of attitude it also teaches us that trust is nothing with peoples who have this type of thinking so will take care with other service providers due to such a worst experience

My car had check engine light issue in the middle of a cross country road trip on 29th June 2022. Fortunately, this happened when I was near this service center. I was driving my Fiat Linea (they don't make them like these anymore) and getting a diagnosis on Fiat for such issues is quite cumbersome at times. But the folks (technicians, staff and management) at Road X Automotives were extremely helpful and although even after trying multiple OBD scanners the error couldn't be diagnosed, they were correct in assuming misfiring of one of the ignition coils. They didn't have the part (typical for Fiat, not Road X's fault) and I got that later replaced at FASS.

They couldn't resolve the issue (not their fault) but I am extremely satisfied by their professionalism and craftsmanship. I would wholeheartedly recommend Road X to anyone needing a car tuning or repair.

I'm very disappointed from Road X. In Road X there are highly unprofessional people working in this garage. Roadside technicians are working in this garage and the owner is highly money minded. After service is also very very poor. Worst experience and i will never recommend anyone about Road X.

Inappropriate behaviour by the owner & misleading with the rates of service & genuine parts worst experience ever

After Volkswagen VW shur down their shop in Agra, I was in Panic. But Road X Bosch has come to the aid, and let be very honest I found them better than the authorised outlet even. Transperancy and value for money are the attributes I loved about them. Keep Rocking Team Road X

Don't trust the mechanic, he has a shop somewhere else, only helper sits there who can ruin your car.
