Please be very careful while buying cars. They mis sold me Shield of Trust claiming it covers all electrical parts. But that’s not true

Overpriced
Facing many issues right after getting the car servicing done.
The service advisors also don't tell you about issues that might create problems in the car.

I am very happy from the first visit at the store where I was introduced to the vehicle of my choice with complete details by Mr. Vinay Mavi.

His knowledge of the product that he is selling is exceptionally well versed and up to the mark.

I would recommend royal dream Hyundai to every one who plans to buy a car

Staff was not corteous. I had gone with my car for servicing at 09.30 am. They told service advisor was in meeting. When he came, he attended another customer with bigger car who came after me.
Than 2 weeks later I found Capital Hyundai who offered free pick up and drop and service at competitive rate

What they tell you over phone call is totally different when you visit them for routine car service. They will tell you at least 3 times more charges than what they claim to charge on call.
So be careful. Check the estimate with service advisor properly. Get explanation of each and every thing. I doubt their credibility.

Worst service management.rude behaviour of service employees and managers with the customer.i had given my car for insurance repaire as it was damaged from the left side of my car.later on after few months i had given it for service and after few day my car light was not properly working and even i have not notice it.than it got black and filled with water.when i gave it for check they said its your prob we cant cant you.you make broke it again? This is the worst response i have received ever for any car service centre.they are not accepting there mistakes.i recommend please dont dont purchase or give your car for service.please

Had a very good experience. I visited to buy my first car which I choosed i20. The staff member Mr Rohit Chauhan explained all the features in detailed manner. The process of loan is quite simple. Rohit helped me in managing all things and made the delivery on requested time. Unlike all other showrooms, they deliver the car on said time. Giving 5 star just because of Rohit. God bless him.

I booked a car at Dream Hyundai Noida on 23rd December 2019 by paying 11000. As soon as i left the showroom the salesman, Karan called me to inform me that the he miscalculated the total price, with the new price being over 60000 more than the deal we agreed upon. On asking him to cancel the booking, and return the booking amount, he agreed, however stating that since I paid through my card, it will take some time to refund the amount via cheque. It's been over 15 days and I've received no communication regarding the same. Car dealers are using such tricks to dupe customers into buying cars at much higher prices. Shame on Dream Hyundai Noida.

I purchased car from Nirmal Hyundai 3 months back, still I am waiting for RC. They deposit RC fees To RTO after 1 month of car purchase (for the sake of bank interest). When I try to follow up they don’t have answer and no reply on email, phone. Please don’t buy car from this Vendor, Nirmal Hyundai is not reliable

Do not buy a car from here. The salesmen here are frauds. They will offer you heavy discounts then say that the deal cannot be fulfilled after you hae paid the booking amount. Moreover, if you cancel the booking after that, they will deduct cancellation charges from the booking amount. Proceed with caution.

Notice to all. Plz don't trust there words, taken everything in written whatever they promise. This is my 30 days I haven't got tax paid receipt, nor RC nothing. Just see all reviews carefully they only appreciate 5 stars and 4 stars reviews rest are beggars. Trust me guys I am writing all this thing in very painful situation. My time wasted as they do not have any car for test ride. So how do they expect a customer would ever be interested.

Don't even think of purchasing vehicle from Nirmal Hyundai.
Poor staff, unprofessional behaviour, zero respect for customer.
Even if you are getting discounts as compared to other vendors, even then not worth buying from them.

I bought i20 elite Asta Petrol from Nirmal Hyundai in Oct 2018.
Problem 1: False promises about delivery.
I booked vehicle around 3rd Oct, 2018 and delivery was confirmed a week after that. 2 Weeks after that around 15th Oct, they provided me with car details and had my insurance done. My insurance date shows 15, Oct, 2018 but the vehicle was delivered to me on 5th, Nov, 2018 and
Excuse was registration issue. Always said to me 2 days, one day more on repeated calls. 20 days of insurance waste plus 1 month delay in my vehicle delivery.

Problem 2:
Their words have no value at all. Complete fraud and not at all trust worthy.
Nirmal Hyundai gave 40,000 discount to me, from which I made 20000 cash discount and 20000 discount on accessories.
The accessories contains 8000/- teflon coating and 12000/- extended warranty (Total 3+2 yrs) on my vehicle.
And it was said to me your extended warranty of vehicle will automatically "punched with vehicle"and you can collect later.
Today is 19, June, 2019. No extended warranty till now.
Managers denied completely.
Excuse: The sales guy that dealt with me while purchasing the vehicle left Nirmal Hyundai and we don't know what promises he made to you.
* The sales guy is the one who runs Nirmal Hyundai, Normal Hyundai is zero as a entity. For me, Nirmal Hyundai is the one who is responsible for my warranty, my vehicle condition, my concerns as a customer not the mere sales man. I didn't pay to sale man, I paid to the company.

Could happen to you. If you still thinking of buying from them, do make sure to get everything in written and no hurries.

Problem 3: Useless location, No parking area, totally worthless and unmanaged staff.

Staff behaviour and sales person is good, the combination of new Hyundai car models is available in this showroom. The location is prime for this kind of showrooms

I purchased my car from them on 20.05.2019 they sarted registration process 14.06.2019 i.e. Delay of 25 days. This delay caused us hefty challan by traffic police in absence of registration number. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible people. Beware of them.

Not a good experience, sent my car for some repair work and they have taken approx 20 days just to replace the rain wipers and side mirror assembly.they do not even have basic body parts available with them at the service center.: (

We wanted to know more about the Hyundai Creta, so we had a hope from Nirmal Hyundai regarding the product.

The experience was not so great. I tried contacting the Noida outlet from many of their contact numbers, but none were working.

So we decided to visit the outlet, upon meeting with the Salesman we got excited and asked the person about the availability of the product we were looking for.

The Salesman was initially providing us the positive input on the product regarding the price and the features, but soon he was not able to understand any of our discussion.we asked him about a test drive which he told us that he has vehicle. But after all the conversation he told us that they don’t have any vehicle available at the moment.

We were really turned down with the promise of a test drive from the sales guy as we wanted to test drive and feel the comfort of the vehicle, but it was really disappointing.

I would really hope that no other potential customer should feel sad about the product as we were all excited.

I hope Nirmal Hyundai will make their staff and service better and atleast serve their customers with a cup of water during this hot MAY Summer.

Fast service if you take appointment before visiting. There are many authorised service centers nearby and they are one of the good and reliable service centers.

Good humble staff. Genuine promise. They give good price. Location of the showroom is very good. Customer lounge has all facilities. Recommended for your new car experience.

This one is worst of it's kind, even money they're collecting as govt taxes etc. Not deposit in time. N harrassing customers.
