Dr. Saurabh is the best doctor for pets. He is truly a blessing for every pet. My bird was not doing well but by d treatment of Dr. Saurabh my bird recovered and is doing much better now. Dr. Saurabh has saved d life of my many birds. He is the most experienced, trustworthy and kind doctor. The medicine provided by Dr. Saurabh works so well. This doctor killed my 7 month old baby dog, absolutely casual attitude with a such a deadly disease parvo virus- no proper diagnosis of the disease was done. We realised and switched the doctor, the other doctor told he would have saved him if we got him 2 days ago royal pet clinic’s doctor spoilt the case and my beloved dog died because of him. Save your dog don’t visit here

If you really love your pet Don't visit here. Dr.is ok ok.but staff is worst.
1. Always used same injection in all Animals. He think your pet is just animal.
2. They always used thermameter without sanitized.
3. This is not pet clinic this is pet shop.one more thing staff is not professional. Love your Animal. Change your Doctor.

I got here with my pet on 8th dec, they did nothing just took some body samples, took around 2700 rs for it and told me to visit 12-13th dec, for the report and treatment. I got a some urgent work and went to Delhi came back on 2nd jan, I called there and asked where and when should I get the report, they just said call later, I've called around 5-6 till now, no proper response, my 3000 rs wasted!
I recommend people to go somewhere else where Doctors genuinely care about your pet, not just the money, they are just making money, plain and simple.

The dude running this clinic is inexperienced and naive, I lost my dog and he couldn't do much to save him.

Very friendly staff, vet is very cooperative and explains illness and remedy well. Also they have all facilities for surgery as well so any kind of illness can be treated

Dr Saurabh is the best in lucknow in terms of treating any pet. Right from guinea pigs to rabbits to all canines and felines. I recently got my guinea pig and birds treated from Royal pet clinic and they all are doing well. A great thanks to Dr Saurabh and his team of wonderful people!

Its okay not good, the doctor is good but his staff is too bad. They don't know how to. Inject injection to pets. My dog (lab.) his staff behavior towards my dog is so rude, they don't know how to inject injection.

Doctor will help in any case. He sometimes also takes care of street dogs even if it is droped by some random person. Does all he can do in his capacities, if not then he'll definitely suggest you the best possible solution.

I love Dogs and being so close to them since generations makes one attached as family members. My case was a surgery (neuter) gone bad by one of local doctors, leading to hematoma. It was painful to see a pet to succum to unwarranted pain. However, to my great fortune I referred to the clinic. The professionalism and decimation of the doc is commendable, rarely to be seen these days. The clinic has most of the modern facilities with caring staff. My salute to the team for performing a life saving surgery, saving us from unbearable pain.
