This really is one of the worst service center. Did my 4th service here and it was really pathetic. They are just focussed on changing the parts and making money. They have done wheel alignment and balancing without even asking for the same. There are trained frauds here who will impose heavy charges in the name un-necessary part change. Some weird noise and vibration started coming from my Nexon after getting it serviced here. Cleaning and washing is very poor. Even local cleaning person will do a better task than these. People are moving away from Tata only because of service. I would not recommend to go to this tata service center, and tata should really look into this.
I truly believe that a car should be reliable and economical to maintain but this statement fails in the case of Tata Motors. If they are making safest cars then there are much more flaws in it which can not be ignored. Issues are mainly in refinement and fitment of the car. They are not as smooth and reliable as others. I tried everything and have paid huge bills to Sagar Motors for Water leakage problem, Failed Parking sensors, Failed Air conditioner, door noise and many other problems in my car but the resolution was none.
Genuinely, I can not recommend Tata Motors further because of their manufacturing quality and service.
Note: All these issues are withing 4 years and 15000 kms in Tata Tiago with regular service records from authorized service center as well as no accidental history.
Good service overall but the cost for spare part is high, I think Tata as a company should work on the same to make it affordable so that the customer don't go to local service centre and temper with the genuine quality of Tata.
The behaviour of the staff is not good and they dont attend the customer seriously. I totally dont recommend this service station and regret going there
One of the better Tata Motors Svc Centre in NCR. Can get busy on the weekends. Nice and competent staff. Although, one needs to pay a little attention to things / details.
Bad exprience. I have been there for the first service of my car and they didn't clean up well from inside. The dust was clearly visible in the seating areas and when i said it was not cleaned, the reply was i think the vacuum cleaner has not worked properly. Apart from that, they scratch the driver side door a little bit but it was clearly visible. When i complained they said it is not our fault it is already by you etc etc but denied clearly. Many calls were received from them but still not fixed.
Once they service your vehicle, you will see the vehicle is performing poor after their work and then they will say " ye aise he hota hai sir". You have to visit twice or thrice Terrible experience.
Very bad service of Sagar tata motors. Located at dislhad garden. The vehicle no DL5CT4124 Was to be delivered by today. But the so called manager Mr sahil deliberately put off the work of my car saying that work is in progress and accesories are not available. However the same man promised to deliver the car after work by today itself. So arrogance is in his nature. They didn't value the customer time. In working hour they freely roam around with their friends for leisure. None of the staff present at the table. Every time when we visit there his behaviour is intolerable.never visit to this service centre.they will waste ur energy time and money. The used to harass customer by visiting their centre frequently.and they didn't do even a single work. They commit for seven days and did the work in 7 months or more.
Their services are excellent. Their team has a good knowledge of product. Their customer service always listens to you and work on the problem. Still there is always a scope of improvement. I would have given 4 and half stars but that option is not available. Thanks to Tata Motors team.
I am really sad to share that my new car tata punch during its second service was returned in the worst condition. It had got a number of scratches on its bonnet. Maybe this service centre has changed my car's bonnet. It breaks my heart everytime I see my car. This isn't fair. The service centre should understand the value of someone's belongings.

Have sent my Nexon car for sevice 2 times with pre-defined problems. The service engineer didn't address the problems mentioned and didn't have any clue also. Pathetic service standards

I had already purchased my BS6 safari from sagar motors, patparganj on 24.10.2021.
Last sunday I visited sagar motors, sahibabd for pollution test (because bs6 pollution test not doing on petrol pumps). But sagar motors, sahibabad don't have bs6 pollution test. If this dealer doesn't have bs6 pollution test facilities why they are selling bs6 vehicles.

First of all don't buy tata cars as they are not dependable at all.my car was to give 24km/l or 19km in city.but it gives 9km /litre and tata motors cannot do anything about it.i hv tried treo service okhla Delhi and sagar motors ghaziabad.not only this my car misfires like a cng car.i had gifted this to my daughter.its a tata tiago petrol automatic top model red colour reg nmbr Delhi it has run only 2000 km.
Very bad experience went there for my wheel balancing they break down my side leg guard and refuse to do such Not worth going there very poor quality service no costumer satisfaction
Worst experience. I would rate them 0 or rather than i would give negative value out of 5 star for service and communication with customers regarding the same. Sagar motors Sahibabad, ghaziabad employees doesn't deserve to be a part of this brand.
The advisors here are extremely competent, they know the cars in and out. The advice is actually in the customers favour. The overall experience is hassle free and swift.
Found a good Tata Motor Service center after 2.5 years of purchase of my TATA Nexon XZ+ Petrol. These people were able to detect critical software updates in ESU unit and also were able to calibrate the steering and Reverse Parking Gear system.upon visual inspection they were able to detect engine oil leakage.overall a good service.
It took me some time waiting here but remember at least spare a day for your car service here.they have priority pickup and drop facility as well.
At last the advisor Mr. Manoj is soft spoken and is up to the task. Hope above review may help you all.
As mentioned in their banner, yes this is a big service station with helpful and polite staff. The concern is related to COVID19 preparation that the sanitization should be done frequently in customer lounge.
TATA MOTORS HARASSED ME I sent my TATA NANO to the service center for normal service but they (SAGAR MOTORS, SAHIBABAD, UP) said me that my car's ECM and whole FUEL PUMP is damaged and my car's both front SHOCKERS ARE LEAKED and WIPERS BLADES are aslo damaged. And Mr. Manoj (person working in sagar motors, sahibabad UP.) told me expense around 12,000 for ECM and 5,500 for Fuel pump and 5,000 for both shockers and 300 for my wiper blade and give me expenses around Rs. 25,000. And Then I told them to send my car after normal service. And then I showed my car to the good mechanic and there is NO PROBLEM in my car's ECM and SHOCKERS ARE ASLO NOT LEAKED and my whole fuel pump is not damaged only fuel pump motor is damaged which cost me around 800 rs and wiper blades are also okay, only wiper washer pump is damaged which cost only 100 rs to me. Total 900 rs. And car is now working perfect. Company (SAGAR MOTORS SAHIBABAD, UP) harassed me and told me that everything was damaged in my car, due to which we were so afraid. And told me such a big expense to rob us. So, I request Tata Motors that please take action against SAGAR MOTORS, SAHIBABAD, UP. OR MR. MANOJ otherwise these people will ruin the name of Tata Motors by doing so. THANK YOU.
Authorised workshop of Tata motors passenger vehicles. Equipped with all facilities in a very big complex. Staff is courteous and helpful. Service is also good. Safe place to get your vehicle repaired or serviced. Highly recommended workshop.
Good service. The service rendered and the experience I have received is quite good.
The car serviced in stipulated time. Also, there were some other issues which have been addressed well. The car had high vibrations. Now I have received the car post rectification and feeling it is tuned like a brand new car.

First of all I would like to say, I have never ever in my life seen such huge space being used for a car service center. . Colossal. Staff working is polite and are very nicely handled by their AGM Mr. Salim. Mr AGM personally took intrest and got the vehicles running repairs done. Extremely satisfied with the technical knowledge of staff and their head. A loud shout to all Tata owners living nearby sahibabad Ind.area. IP Extension, Vivek Vihar and other nearby colonies to get their vehicles serviced at this center. I will all the success to Mr Salim and his team.
Not satisfied with service.don't recommend to any one. TATA service centre are very poor earlier Concord was in patparganj. Friends don't buy TATA cars you will face problem in after sake service.
I liked visiting the workshop and getting my car serviced. This a big workshop. Customers get separate spacious lounge, with TV and refreshments like Tea/Coffee served. Being a big workshop, the work gets done pretty fast. The management and the technician's are very helpful.
It is spacious but service quality is not as per standard. I have Tiago and for each service visit, i have to revisit there on complaint about that service work. They like other Tata Service centers, treats casually. Always keep an eye on the work and "After service, Test your Car as much you can before leaving". I am sure you have to revisit there post service.
