I had a very bad experience, bought a cell phone, Samsung F22 6/128, the sales person Abhishek misled me stating that the price of the above model will increase after 2 days, he also charged Rs 500/- extra from me, the cost of phone was Rs12500/- only on Samsung website, after 2 days the prices went down this is sheer professional malpractice, I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from there.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the staff. I am totally dejected and regretful for purchasing AC from sahu ALIGANJ.it seems that the staff particularly the sales persons enjoy misguiding and fooling the customers. A bagful of shameless and ungrateful peoples.

There are many organised stores are now available in Lucknow and this place is not that organised and even the staff is casual. Instead of Sahu I prefer to buy the Electronics from Reliance Digital or Croma where I have parking facility as well as decent staff.

Despite a full payment the product nt delivered and I call 3 times, everyone they replied it is on the way. A big big lie and irresponsible behaviour. Never purchase and shop frm here. Polite salesman. They sell variety of home and electrical appliances like AC washing machines, microwave ovens, etc.at reasonable prices.

Very bad attitude of everybody as usual. Worst branch of Sahu Agencies in Lucknow. Avoid. Also don't have all the models. Prices are always on costlier side, tried so many times and never got good deal.

Everything here is just a bit costly when compared to same electronic item, with same year of manufacture. Do some homework before going to this place.
