Never purchase anything from here, specially Air conditioners. After sales service is really bad and they give you defective air conditioner, and when you complain about it, they will put you on hold for 3 months.

Supplying defective product no after sale service. Not worried about even installation of product. So avoid this group.

After sales service is very poor. I have called several times for AC servicing, but they didn’t send anyone. They always give excuses of having high workload but that doesn’t mean that you keep a service request on hold over more than 15 days.

Highly disappointed.

Team has very nice patience to take of customer, satisfaction of customer is priority of them. Visit sure.

Really disappointed with the response, they sell you faulty appliances and stop taking your calls, my airconditioner had faults within 1 week of purchase which I am trying to get repaired since last 2 months now, pathetic!

After sale service is literally very bad illiterate girls are sitting for customer handling.

Atleast hire few decent staff who have sense to talk to the customers.

Worst Service. I was regular customer of Reliance Digital but this time I buyed 2 Split AC from Sahu 24th March. They have ensure installation on 25th march. Since morning I am calling for installation after so many call store has received my call & he said due to workload it will take time. Sahu Employee is casual they don't bother on customer problem.
Pls don't buy any appliance from Sahu.

Purchased a Refrigerator. Not good experience as well as After sale behavior is concerned for supply and installation as promised. Sahu is an old and big name in Lucknow. Authorities should look into all aspects. I think few customers will not affect their business, however lost an old customer today.
