Let me explain you the harsh reality of this fake fraud and worst organisation. First they will hire you and they will ask you to sign service agreement bond and they will make your life hell. They can fire you anytime without giving any prior notice or warning but you cant leave them. They do not give the salary of their employees who leaves. Dont ever go there to ruin your entire career. There are many people in their organisation as well who wants to escape because of mental pressure but they cannot because of bond. They dont have any HR manager, very small team and if you are joining there be ready to work 9-7 PM. And they will commit you alternate sat offs but there will be no sat off. You cant leave because you will be in the bond. So beware guys of this fake and fraud organisation. They will torture you to achieve your targets. They are continously losing their employees and may be you will be the one they will fire without any reason and without giving any warning. All the positive reviews are fake and done only from their digital marketing guy to make you come join and then make you feel guilt.

This company is posting postive reviews itself from fake accounts of ex employees. All the positive reviews you see here are from fake accounts created by themselves only in order to increase their pathetic ratings. There reality is that they will make you sign a bond in the initial stage and will treat you like their slaves no proper shift hours timings only because they will make you and force you to do overtime regularly. It's basically 7 days working. People here proudly accepts that they employed you to treat like their slaves or daas. Dear freshers It's better to be unemployed instead of working in such a pathetic consultancy.

ये एक बहुत बड़ी SCAM कंपनी है इसका मालिक बहुत बड़ा ठग है यहां पर ज्यादातर काम करने वाले वो लोग है जिन्हे कही और जॉब नहीं मिलती दिखावे के लिए तीन राउंड का इंटरव्यू लेते हैं फिर एक बांड साइन करवाते हैं और JOBLESS लोगो को पिंजरे में कैद कर लेते हैं.
फिर हफ्ते के सात दिन उनको रगड़ते हैं छुट्टी के नाम पे सिर्फ गालिया मिलती है.
HR में भी सिर्फ अनपढ़ गवार लोगो को भर रखा है एक अनुष्का नाम की लड़की सबसे बड़ी गवार है सारा का सारा स्टाफ FRUSTRATED है बोलने की तमीज नहीं कृपा ऐसी जगह काम करने से बचें.

They do teach a person how to work very well to be a top recruiter or software developer. SaiVa SysTem is just a great place to learn. One can learn the value of working hard here. It can make a person 10 times better as I have seen it while working here for a year. They do have regular team parties, so it is a perfect place from many angles. I would have given this company minus stars if that would have been an option. This Company is so pathetic for its culture and behaviour towards their employees. Story starts with making their employees sign a bond and keep harassing them untill an employee gets frustrated, now when he/she wants to leave the company, they threaten them to file a case against them for that bond. I wouldn't like to mention anyone's name but people here proudly accepts that they have make them signed contract so that they can treat them like slave and dogs. But for employees who still are working in fear of bond I would like to tell them that our system doesn't allow such agreements and they can only recover amount that they have spent on your training only. And as you know there's no training they offer as no one knows what even the professionalism here. Least but not last; DON'T WORK AT THIS PLACE, AND SAVE YOUR FUTURE. OTHER REVIEWS HERE ARE CRAFTED BY THEMSELVES ONLY AS THEY ASK THEIR EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND THEY HAD TO DO AS THEY WANT TO EARN THE LIVING AND MAKE THEIR BOSSES HAPPY.

A big worst company. I would never suggest to come and give your interview over there. H.r looks like child of 12th standard even not much methodical in nature. H.r does not know how to jugde a candidate. They are just trying to analysis a person with one go. I would suggest you to hire a good h.r who have good experience and command with employee relationship. Moreover they are not letting anyone to bring a pen in office mostly in interview time. I think they are phycological suffered. Well I came across with accountant he was good and senior. He was quite methodical.

I was not part of the Saiva system 6 months back. They have shared the positive review. I joined in June and the review was 6 month back. I dont know how without any permission they can use someone's name in review. This is something illegal without taking permission they are using positive review on behalf of any person. This is a serious issue.

3 months ago I appeared for an Interview. In 3rd round they didn't like my profile as I'm relocate here. It seems to be unprofessional, they must scan CV before calling candidates for interview. It's waste of time for the candidate.
But thankfully I'm rejected here as today I'm working in MNC with good package & in conducive environment. I've posted here for those candidates who will appear for interview in future. Before going for interview, please clear your profile. And would like to suggest untill it is your compulsion don't go for interview in such unprofessional consultancy.

This is actually 3rd party hiring company, environment is like furnished factory, staff is good but after 3 round of interview they will not clear whether u r selected or not, my time is just wasted.

Most of positive review u will find are from the fake ids handled by 3 or 4 people in the organization. These ids will have no more than two reviews.one positive review for Saiva and one for SSR, another fraud organization under same management. They even create fake LinkedIn ids to show higher number of employees.
Not a single employee who has been with this organization for more than 1 year. They will offer a salary which might be equal or even lesser than what u were getting. Management treats their employees as slaves. Abusive behavior, which gets even worse during notice period, once u decide to get out of this organization. Team leads and managers are instructed to make sure that employees do get the worse possible reply on the resignation mail and will try every every possible tactic not to share the relieving documents. An organization full of cons in the management.

To all the people working here: leave an honest review once u r out of the clutches of these frauds.

This is the worst company, these people humiliate their employees along with batmiji, even they do not give documents to their employees.

They do have a professional behaviour of the class. Sushil Sir does make sure everyone grows. That’s the best part.

There is a best company but a person name Mukesh kumar ray does not know how to work in that company, he is a useless Mukesh people manager.

I am working here last 4 months around.it is a very good company with great work environment (where you can learn something new at daily basis) and transparency between management and employees.people are very friendly and helpful either managers or teamleaders.overall it is a nice place to start your career.

I joined recently, love the environment of the company, so freindly environment everyone is really helpfull. Time to time employee engagement activities takes place which motivates employees and realises stress level of employment and best part is every policies and procedures are transparent. It's an employee oriented organization.

I am working here from last 3 months, I must say this is the good organization for learning purpose and for earning purpose and I am really having friendly working environment here, management are so cooperative here.

I won’t say the work is easy, but if you work hard you will get appreciation. They believe in IJP rather then hiring senior people outside. I myself got promoted as SME within 6 months. If you get an opportunity grab it.
