Every negative reviews is not a fake one, we are giving genuine reviews based on our expereince. Today we have lost everything because of your staff mistake, they are not going to tell the truth by their own but they don't understand the pain of the patient and treat them very badly. My patient was shifted to private room from ICU and she suffered from cardiac when your junior staff was giving her the medicine, they got panicked and ran away instead they should have given CPR and I think they are not well trained on these types of critical cases. Even they don't seem to be aware of many things then why you guys have hired them?
Today our patient is no more with us and we don't want this to be happening with someone else patient.

TPA Facilities after hospital take another payment from patients in advance so request kindly Before admission of clear all enquiry then admit the patient

One of the best hospitals in Agra. The doctors and management are very cooperative. The staff is very good and caring and the hospital is very clean too.

Very careless staff. Lot of irregularities. False reports and data maintaining. Avoid. I will never go there again. You are playing with life of people.shame on you. Worst experience in any hospital

The attendants are threatened on knowing about the patient's treatment and guarantees are sought in every conversation.
Entry is made in the report sheet without check ups and why they shift the patient from icu to private room if they are aware that patient condition is very critical, they have done the same with us as well.they said your mother is doing better and there is nothing to worry much.infection reports are showing improvement and when they shifted my mother in private room she was not feeling well.staff is very very illiterate and they didn’t even visited the room atleast once & provided wrong medication.

Some doctors only care about money and not the patient.
Kisi ka patient uski puri duniya bi ho sakti hai, aap logo se critical cases handel nhi ho pate hai toh please inform kardete.kisi ki jaan bach sakti hai.umeed 1% bi ho kisi ke zinda rehne ki toh aap logo ko sahi suggestion dena chahiye…. Saket ke doctor mr Ashutosh saxena ne kabhi critical case like cardiac arrest handel nhi kare…disappointed with doctors behaviour and staff.

Waqt par samjh jao.logo ki jaan se mat khelo.bahut mehenga padh sakta hai.

Better care and helpful behavior of all staff and management, all team of Dr's are good

Staff behaviour is too worst and they are using this hospital only for money.
There is no any coordination, they tie to the patient like a animal. When i asked them they had better excuses. I request you to all please do not admit your patient in this hospital.
