Very bad experience, they didnot offer onions to eat, tissues were also not provided. Forecefully applied service charges and is asked to remove they say that "yeh tk hota hi hai" nahi hatega.

The staff is rude and ill-mannered and argues when you try to pay through zomato gold or swiggy dine-in that one can’t if you order platter and one of the waiter legit said that samarkand is not a part of india when I mentioned that one can make payments all over india through these apps and then he said yahan aisa nahi hota ye india mein nahi hai.
The live qawalli session was too loud and the restaurant was occupied by drunks who were shouting at the top of their voices. All over, my experience was very bitter and awful- would never visit. We ordered 3items - chicken tikka was stale n smelly and lotus stem honey chilli was too sweet. Chicken seekh was okay.

Came here after a pleasant previous experience, but very disappointed this time. To start off, we told them to not add any mushrooms in the whole order because my mom is allergic, and the manchow soup turned out to have mushrooms in it. Food was below average- sabzis had little to no refinement for the price, soup was bad, starters decent at best. We ordered a Penang Curry, and the vegetables in it were not cooked fully. We had also said to not add lemon in the food as my grandmother can't take it, but there was lemon in the nargizi kofta, on top of that the waiter denied having put lemon in it. There was obvious colour in the food. Starters did not have salt. This is not at all what we expected having to pay 350 plus for each dish.

On top of that, there was an offer running that if you order above the minimum value of 3499, you get 10% off and a free dessert. The cashier implemented the 10% on their own, but did not give us a free dessert. We had ordered the kulfi not knowing about this scheme. Once we saw the same on a promotional poster in the lobby, we asked them to refund the value of the kulfi, which they refused to do. They were pushing to give us a credit voucher for next time, but after much arguing they gave us a free dessert.

Not a very pleasant experience overall. We went on a Sunday night so they had live ghazals playing which were very good, though.

Running the Restaurant from last 25 years. They know about the authentic taste and quality of food. I ordered Non vegetarian Platter and Paneer tikka as a starter. Quantity is good, so as taste. Mains we ordered Dal Makhani and Mutton Korma with some breads. As usual the taste was awesome. At the end we ordered malai kulfi.
The food quality and quantity was excellent. Ambiance is nice, service was also good. Big thums up for them. Gud luck.

An above average kind of restaurant in a shopping complex. Taste is kind of average and limited options.

Staff is uneducated. One of them pulled the arm of my 3 yr old son so hard he cried the whole night just because he pulled at the window curtain. If my abuses didn't suffice and taught him a lesson I'm inclined to pay him a visit again.

Food taste pathetic.uncooked food.nominal taste.better u can go for dhaba.staff behaviour was good.ordered rara chicken and it was uncooked. I don't know as chef may be in hurry.so made it in spoiled taste

Samarkand Restaurant, Noida: - Worst Experience We Never Had.

It's a worst experience we had last week with Samarkand Restaurant, Noida.
Food Quality and Taste is not good as they charged. Charges of each Item is too high and there is no standard.
We ordered one bottle Vodka whose MRP is 660/- but they charged 4,499/- [without GST] almost 7-8 times.
In any case considering Luxury cost, 2-3 times of MRP is justifiable but 7-8 times is unimaginable in Samakand like restaurant.
Even food cost is also too high as comapred to similar type of Hotel.

So, Samarkand Restaurant, Noida is just robbing/stealing your Hard earned Money.

Service hopeless. If more guests arrive.they cannot handle. Reasons include Covid precautions lesser staff. Even servicing staff creates panic while taking Order and don't pay attention.

Nice service and food quality but is expensive as per other restaurants nearby with similar quality of food.

Great staff.amazing food.both the quality and quantity of the dishes served here is brilliant. The prices are tad on a higher end but every penny is worth spending. For vegetarians, do try their tandoori chaap and non vegetarians, do try their banjara chicken!

Blue Berg which is basically a Virgin Mojito, is the most amazing thing I've had recently. 100% would recommend.

Service was good but food was very poor. Even taquilla shot was bald.
Naan was too bad and Raita was simple curd. Salt and pepper chicken was little worth.

There is no more live music performance. We selected this restaurant because of that but disappointed.food is good and happy hour 12 to 8pm

This is good cozy family place for Live Ghazal along with drinks and food.
There recent addition of Saal (kashmiri cuisine) is a hit. A must try place.

We had Kashmiri food. I ordered Mutsch and my father ordered Kashmiri Rajmah. Awesome food, Rajmah was out of the world, what flavours. It is a great place for family and friends with great ambiance too.
I plan to return, next on my list is to taste Goshtaba.

I like this bar and restaurant very much because of its cozyness and culture. The live singers gives you a mehfill feel while you are on. Ambience of the restaurant is also very attractive. Good part is that they have two separate wings for family and friends so choose as per your requirement. A must go place right at the heart of Noida.

Fine Place for Dining. Nice Atmosphere. But check your bill before pay.because they are adding 10% additional charges by default on billing price.which is a totally optional as per customer choice.i have received the invoice with 10% service charge then i ask the staff to remove 10% and submit me the revised invoice.after they given me the revised invoice.chk once before pay do not hesitate to ask.

Poor service, AC ineffective The live music was extremely loud and the service for which they charged me, was atrocious. The overall standard of food was good.

What do you want while dining out? Excellent food and wonderful service. This time we chosen to have East Asian cuisine in place of Mughlai dishes, for which this restaurant is well known, and result was that we relished one of the best Thai Curry and other Chinese d9shes, well served by Mr Sanjeev Kumar. It was a surprise, but pleasant one.

Utterly disappointed with the food, service, ambiance. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

The electricity kept failing and for all practical purposes half the time we had the food in darkness.

As regular visitor to this place, I always get the best food here. Nice ambience with live ghazals, one of the best places to have indian food with family. Usually crowded on weekends, but during weekdays its average busy. Must visit this place.

This place is best suitable for official dinner with colleagues. The place has nice ambience and has quite space. The waiters are quite humble. Food quality is good. This place is mainly visited by families and senior officials. You can sit and easily talk and spend some time here. They have live ghazal also been played there. Overall sophisticated restaurant for people who dont like flashy and noisy bar/restaurants

Very good restaurant to have dine with family and friends. The food is delicious and the staff is cordial. The cherry on the top is live music. The singers are very good and they take requests from the audience. What a good way to set up the ambience.

It's a nice cosy restaurant. A place to dine with family and friends. Nice cocktails, the regular IMFLs are available. Live gazals and Hind songs. The singers are good, one can request songs to celebrate anniversary and birthday. Reasonable price good & well mannered staff. Enjoyed completely with family.

We went for our anniversary and it led to a total disappointment. The food was not good. High in salt and not as per the original taste. Even a dhaba food is better than this. Giving extra star only for the bismilla band which played beautiful ghazals and songs on request. Thumbs up for the lead singer and many thanks to him for saving our day, otherwise it would have been a total disaster and disappointment.

Good dark ambience. Wonderful for candle light dinner. Live performances by gazal singer and musicians. Good service. Delicious food.

I went on Saturday and there was a concert of classical music (mehfil) going on. It was a great atmosphere to enjoy tasty food!

YOu can rather opt for lot of good hotels like RAdisson in sector 18 or Punjabi by Nature and get even better food. This place is getting old but also getting more and more expensive!

A decent bar cum restaurant in Ganga Shopping Complex sector 29 Noida. It has live music in the evening. Serves very good mughlai food.
