Dheeraj sir makes classes very interesting and gives individual attention to each and every student. He introduces new exercises in each class and makes classes very interesting.
Amazing hospitality by the trainer dheeraj Sir. He knows how to train each portion of the body. Pays attention to each and every participant. I have visited many yoga centers but this is the best centre that I have visited till now.

Nicely kept place with a very supporting environment working towards the goal to promote fitness. My experience here was really good I could see visible changes in my health and it's also a place where introverts can start their fitness journey. The trainers are also very nice. They give exercises as per your body type and if you are suffering from health issues it is also taken care of. One should definitely try this out if they wish to start their fitness journey.
