Samsung Mobile Service Center

They use worst quality accessories for the repair. I got my S20fe screen changed last month from here.
Trust me My phone didn't had a single dent i.e. Neither it fell from somewhere nor it was due to some external force on it. Yet the screen got cracked due to may be someone kept their mobile phone on it. Hats off to the worst screen quality used. Plus the staff is not at all polite with the customer. They are so rude that they aren't even concern about the complains. Its my suggestion, don't visit this store for any services.

I went there for the first time then the reception girl says that sir there is a 177 rs phone diagnosis charge and 1 hours waiting, are you ok. After the whole process and waiting around 1: 30 hours there, the engineer says about the phone there is a display issue and you have to pay 5500 rs + GST the interesting thing was that my samsung phone was only 11000 rs, if you want to repair it else you can pay just 177 rs and take your phone. Overall ok if you have a huge amount in your pocket to repair your phone.

My phone was not charging. Tey diagnosed n said port to change. 1500 charges. 1 hr time.

After an hour.v changed port.but still not working.need 2 days.or pay 177 testing charges.

I visited 3 times for the charging problem but he didn't give solution apart from that he talk to insolence (rudely)

Worst experience ever from this service center

The experience was great. All they needed was my invoice, and then fixed my phone. It had charging issue. Good service. Even offered me tea.

Its an Ok place strictly.
The rep said my phone needed motherboard and battery change and said 35k cost is needed. I got my note 9 battery replaced and got independent assessment and overall repair all in 2200 so I am grateful I didn't come in the samsung service center guys words. I am sure they are providing quality service but I don't think one can trust their word as the final one anymore.

Very poor experience, super disrespectful and arrogant staff. The won`t take phone under samsung care pack.

एक दम बेहूदा लोग है. सर्विस सेंटर में बात करने की तमीज तक नहीं है. गार्ड से लेकर स्टाफ तक सब बेहूदे भरे हैं. कस्टमर से साहूकारों जैसा व्यवहार करते हैं.

A very well managed, customer friendly servixe centre.tech people are quite knowledgeable.

I had the worst experience in this service centre. I gave my phone to fix which was 3 weeks old with a screen guard but after repairing they gave me my phone back without a screen guard and was literally asking me to give good feedback to them. The waiting area was so hot and uncomfortable.

Really poor service. Most of the counters have mo staff to attend people. You can face long waiting times here. Not Really upto the mark if you pay 1 lakh rupees for their phone.

So, I had lost signal in my Samsung m51. & At the service centre they offered to replace the motherboard for Rs. 14,000.
I went to a local store, he fixed it for Rs. 2,500.

The service at the Samsung service centre was excellent. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service centre to others.

Very Poor Service & staff behavior was not good, showing attitude while talking. I visited there for a mobile charger replacement under warranty but they told me that they don't have stock right now, and told me to collect it by tomorrow. I again requested to check it in your stock and provide it to me. They again told me they don't have it.collect it by tomorrow. I was thinking about a big brand name- Samsung dnt have a stock of accessories. Not capable to provide accessories, not able to provide service. Big Brand - Poor Service

Very bad behaviour, they denied to fix the issue within purchasing mobile by 12 days. I was previously mi user but now Samsung bad company. My 14000 rupees wasted

Very bad atmosphere. If people sit for 10 to 15 minutes, They will definitely die
No Fan, AC is not working

16 Aug 2022 = Service executive was professinal but the place was very humid. AC was not turned ON for reasons best known to Samsung.

24 Aug 2022 = Updating my review and rating from 3 to 1 star. On my first visit on 16 Aug 2022, I was given an estimate of Rs. 3,500 for changing the mother board of Samsung Galaxy M30s (64GB) mobile and when I went there today (24 Aug 2022), the estimate increased to Rs. 6,500 for the same mobile. Engineers/Service Executives DO NOT follow any Standard Operating Procedure and provide contradicting information on separate visits. Waste of time and effort for the customer.

The experience was not great, to say the least. Problem was identified, solution given, however, the service centre is severely under staffed and power cut made the entire establishment very stuffy and too hot to sit for the required time to wait your turn (45 minutes is the minimum expected time, could be more).

Huge difference in the previous center and this center. Lack of staff. Lack of skill. Lack of coordination and operations management.

Premium concierge services are just for name sake. They do not follow proper protocol and procedures. They will push customers to their edge and would not help the way they should be. Very sorry state of affair

If you care about your Self Respect then don't visit this store. The Employees sitting there behave horribly and think they are smarter than you. The guy didn't have basic etiquette to talk to customers. When I politely insisted him not to fight with me, he upfront said 'we are not here for Customer service'. Very rude and pathetic way to dealing with customers.

I went here for my mobile repair.instead of doing part repair they wanted to change entire mother board costing 13500.i went to noida sector-18 market and got the job done for 3500 only.

Despite having right infra and logistics, the facility is understaffed and waiting period is very long

They changed the screen of my mobile and within months its started some unusual display when visited the center again, they refused to cover under warranty giving wrong justification. Asking me to get the screen replaced again (within Month) for Rs. 4700 and with some silly discount (Rs. 400).
Totally disappointing professionalism and Worst experience.

Totally waste of time service center no one help you. They play mindgame just gives you excuses and waste your time.and once your warranty expired so they asked you money for same old repair things

Very bad service here. No any parts of mobile are available, if the screen of the mobile has to be changed, then keep the mobile for 3 days.

Doesn't matter if your phone is in warranty or not, they will not cover it. They have bogus metrics on which, even if you don't have any scratches, they will just ask to replace your screen completely and charge you hefty fees. If possible, don't get Samsung phones.

High estimations, too much waiting period. I didn't like a single thing about this service centre.

Not a great experience, my issues was not addressed, and the lady there is kind of rude, feels she has some issues.

Speedy service with utmost transparency with only downside of customer waiting area not having any cooling despite temperature being 44° outside.

I have s 21 ultra 5G with samsung comprehensive care 2year damage and liquid warranty.recently i accidentally broke my phone. I visit samsung services center. I guess wait for 10 min and submit my phone for 2 days. Guess what they repair it like a completely new phone. I liked it.good services
