I recently visited the Samsung Mobile Service Center to get my phone repaired, and I was quite impressed with the service that I received. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue with my phone in a timely manner.
The repair work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and the staff took the time to explain what was wrong with my phone and what steps they took to fix the problem. I also appreciated the fact that they were transparent about the cost of the repairs, which was reasonable and fair.
One of the standout features of this service center was the professionalism of the staff. They were knowledgeable about the products and services they offered, and they were able to answer all of my questions with ease. Additionally, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi available to keep me occupied while I waited for my phone to be repaired.
The only reason I didn't give this service center a 5-star rating is because the wait time for service can be quite long, particularly during peak hours. However, overall, I would definitely recommend this service center to anyone in need of Samsung mobile phone repairs. Based on my experience, I would rate the Samsung Mobile Service Center 4 stars for their excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and high standards of quality.

Don't solve the issue in one trip. They usually don't have spares Have to undertake multiple trips.i undertook 3 visits for my issue of phone ringer and vibrator. Only ringer got solvedsecond visit. Vibrator issue still unresolved even on third visit.
Better to have one visit to nehru place.

Super fast service they are providing and the best part is live repairing is available there, within few minutes they did the screen replacement of my Samsung phone.
