They take days to repair phone. Only one customer representative available. The say talk to owner for refund. They have such big store cant refund the advance taken when they are unable to repair smartphone. They take advance cash when we give phone to repair but at the time of refund, they dont have cash. They run a service centre without keeping cash to refund to people. So poor service. Earlier they say only screen is damaged when they repair, they tell motherboard is damaged now too, need to change that as well. Also, their owner even doesnt even talk politely. Everytime you call him for the phone update, he tells he'll callback later and never calls. They have kept my phone for more than 3 days now and who knows they might have changed the parts too by now. Looters and scammers!
The technical person is a magician. I visited with my 2 samsung mobile, one with water damage which was called unrepairable by other service centre. Another mobile with screen display not working. Luckily, both these issues were fixed by the technical person in one hour time. They were suspecting that the screen display will cost me more than 6K and also week time. No wonder, the technical person is a magician as he fixed both mobiles for me with such service charges.
If u miss govt offices. How dey use to be. Or govt banks. How dey create red tapeism.or toss over dey work. Before even knowing the problem.
Samsung selling nearly two lakh ruppes worth each phone. Can built a better place. Den making things of cardboard from a small corner shop.really shame of samsung.
It's not staffs fault. I think.every one looked just like dey r over worked. And un happy. That reflected to customers.

Very slow service. Samsung is a big brand but after sales services are the worst. Rude behaviour, very long waiting time. That's just third class service.
One of the worse service centre as of now I have visited. When I went to this service centre desk girl told me do you have an appointment? Like what & she is making things worse for customer. For galaxy display change they charged over 40000 plus. Even they charge rubber cost in display cost value. Service station is smelly I don't aspect Samasung have such a ghatiya quality service centre. Owner is like bc yaha ka bhagwan m hu G**d phar do customer ka
The turn about time is geberally too high, reason may be anything. Had to wait for 5 days just for a screen folder replacement, and had to follow up rigorously. Also, only a single person handling customer request counter, resulting in lomg waiting time. I could submit my handset after waiting for almost an hour. You need to have atleast 1-1.5 hrs time in hand if u wish to submit ur handset for repair. Thats too much an asking in this busy n dizitised world. Need to improve a lot.
The worst service one could possibly get. It takes a huge amout of time. It took me more than 1 hr just to submit my device. This service centre should permanently be closed as it is literally good for nothing. Their staff is as unprofessional as one can get, they give there own thoughts and determine by themselves about what could be the problem without even letting the technician check the device. They told me that the checking would take a whole day even when i went and submitted the phone at 11: 00 am. This is the worst customer service i have experienced and samsung should take some actions towards it. Even the place is very clumsy, the AC doesn't work and they have a broken wall fan which is very dangerous. Please dont go there.
Very bad service, it's going to be 2months, I have given my phone for service and I have never get till yet and I think this is enough for your concern. Please don't waste your time here and go to that Hazratganj ones.
Store incharge maam cooperation very well but others staff and window counter technician (problem checker) very weird and abusive nature. Very bad experience such samsung brand service center.so bad experience for me on year start to till date.
Less Staff (2/3) and behaviours culd have been better. Service is average.i find they don't have enough skills/knwldge to address the exact issue/solution.
The service associates are polite. The service is usually quick, unless it's a case of some rare spare. But it's bit difficult to locate it, you have to ask someone for the directions.
