The worst samsung service center I have ever visited with very less staff. The behaviour of the staff and the manager is very bad. I visited the store three times to just get my display repaired. I would suggest to visit any other samsung service center to get any type of repair done.
This is Fraud service center, They are looting people on the name of service, Bloody illiterate people are working here. The manager is afraid of talking on phone, denying to give there Email IDs, Rachna acting there as manager there is stupid lady she don't know how to talk to customers, They are just running scam with the help of their untrained staff Lalit sagar and Manjeet singh.
First they took around 7000 on the name of changing my screen, Now when I took my phone back after their faulty service, the network was not working, I went three times there, but they are asking money on the name of changing mother board now, Hell with you guys, do you think this is the right way to earn money, You all will regret by eating customers hard earned money.
Trust me I will be showing this on your face now, I am wring an official email to Jongbum Park and all top officials of Samsung India. I am also filing a legal case in consumer court, also, I would spread this all my facebook groups so that people can understand why they should not buy samsung products, why they should not go fraud service centers like you.
I will make sure that this girl Rachna sitting there should be fired right away.
Totally satisfied by the service provided here. Whole staff is very supportive and kind. They understand the problem well and provide the solution with ease. This service center is located at RDC near Yes bank which is easily reachable. Samsung is a world class company and this service center is truly maintaining the reputation of the brand.
Service Centre was not maintained properly. Cleanliness: 1/5 Staff Behaviour: 3/5 Moreover, they don't give the bills on time, always delayed, be very cautious.
I had problem in my Samsung Galaxy A52s of Handsfree Connectivity which has been resolved successfully by ordering (as it was not available) and replacing the same unit. 5 Stars from My Side.
Never Go here Service center is poor they are Theif I went there for my mobile battery issue They changed its charging connector belt and after that my mobile screen turned black I asked them to repair it, they took it for 4 days but they were unable to repair it and handed over it to me as garbage
Then I reached to a local service center where we found that This Samsung service center has stolen it's network connector worth rs 250 in and replaced it's battery with faulty battery worth rs 1500 Now mobile is working fine thanks for local service center
Worst experience. All staff is rude and doesnt knw how to talk. Try not to go there, they might damage your phone and say it is done by bangalore center and ask you to contact customer care for same.
Pretty awful service, the guy at the door did not even let us in properly actively stopping us from meeting the real technician, claiming that he was the technician, and our phone was in no condition to be repaired.
He tried selling us to the idea that our motherboard was damaged, and to get our issue fixed we'd have to change that.
That alone soured my mood to the point that I did not bother going through this roadblock to the actual technician.
If the guy on the door is this type of con, who knows what the rest of the staff is like.
Pretty awful experience overall, if your phone is out of warranty, I'd recommend going to your local repair shop, get quotes and the diagnose.
You can compare them to this center and decide which one is better.
Customer person has not good from behaviour. He tell me tomorrow comes for exchange a data cable, this is reducalousfor everyone. I m very disappointed form Samsung.
I purchased new tablet just after 10 days.it's not working I visited service centre.for change my s pen then they said its not a company fault and they demand for money for new s pen.
I am not happy with the repairer service of your service center and the working style of the staff. No one cares about the quality of the repaired phone, they only offer it without seeing the custom. This problem generated by Samsung service center
It Is My Personal opinion For Those Who Want To Repair their Samsung Mobile Please Do Not Go RDC Outlet Of Samsung Care Because Alwayas They Don't Have Parts Available
The owner of the service center is very harsh and never tried to handled the problem of the customer. Also when the product is in warranty period, he denial to deliver the service and he never give the acknowledgement for the services he denied to give to the customer. He only handled the customer having the product not in the warranty period so that he can generate the revenue. The staff is good but the owner is not good to the position and non responsive kind of person for the customer whose product is in warranty period. Be aware and caution for all going there.
Bad service I have ever seen Yha ka engineers sa ek A71 phone ka speakers bhi thik nhi ho pata or bad ma phir call nahi uthathe Iss tarah ka service center ma asa staff rakhke samsung apna brand value losse kar raha ha
This service center is just beside the main road. Parking is available for two wheelers and for four wheelers also. Center is there on second floor. Lift facility is also available. Crowd is minimal. Staffs are friendly and supporting. Overall, the center is great for best results.
It is quite good but the only problem with samsung centre at rdc is that they are not able to provide satisfaction to the customer, it's the major issue with the center. They are not checking temperature, not giving sanitizer to the upcoming customers and all other protocols are not followed by them in a good and wise manner. They must look on their customers satisfaction which is the major reason that I'm giving them only 2 star.
In my mobile has only low volume problem but they engineers operate whole mobile and now I'm facing network issues don't go there they r like thug illiterate
Pathetic service center and also pathetic service center representative. Misbehaving with the customer and not take their responsibility. Never recommend anyone to visit this service center under any circumstances they are. Careless people they are.
My mobile phone's display pixels ink started to spread on the screen (although phone was working good, no hanging problem, no blackout problem and there were no signs of scratches or any other physical damage) to replace display I visited the service center but after display replacement hanging problem, screen blackout, power button and volume buttons problem started in my phone.
The service center representative give me choice to submit the phone for another 2 days for observation or I can take away my phone and made a video when problem occurs. So, I choosed 2nd option. And after 1week when I made the problem video went to the service center but now this time the service representative raised the question that this phone is not same and there should be IMEI number must be shown in the video and demanded money to replace the display.
But I when I insist him to submit my phone at the center for observation, he became angry and started misbehaving and abusing.
