Samsung Service Center

I had taken my tablet for software update, which charged me Rs 240, after that my tablet was completely dead, I had given it in working condition.saying motherboard problem.

Service center is good. Waiting period is less,
Premium customer section is also there.

Only issue is the Parking

Overall good service centre.
Waiting area sufficient with aircondition.
No much crowd.but they mostly said for motherboard problem for all mobile.

Ok ok type service
Some workers are very good
And some workers are making money with customer they makes many problem with machinery

Not satisfactory, the attendent discouraged me to repair the old printer and suggested to purchase the new.

The service center is good. The staff here is also good but the staff here is a little less, due to which there is a lot of crowd here. Which is not good in the time of Corona. And repairing here takes a lot of time and money. If your phone is in the warranty period then it will take at least a week to get the phone made and you will have to come here 2 or 3 times And if your phone is not under warranty, then it gets a little quicker but you will have to apply 2,3 shadows.bro if your phone is not under warranty. So it would be good if you ask for the bad part of the phone from Samsung.com and get it installed at any local shop because their service is very expensive for old customers.

Extremely unprofessional, arrogant, non responsive, pure purpose is to extract money even by refusing to honor warranty on fake n flimsy ground. Third time same bad experience. Prefer local mobile repairer than this centre.

Staff is not gud and they charged more repair cost as provided on samsung websites. I Don't like this place any more

Very bad experience.although i m using Samsung phones for 7 years its my first time in any Samsung service center.
Its very bad

Staff was cognitive and behaved.
However there is no parking and even they dont accept credit cards or upi payments.
