Customer support quickly understand the problem, spare parts are mostly available for your device and a comfortable waiting area to wait for your appointment number.

I am not gonna complain. I am just telling you what is going on now. After a mammoth struggle for four days, I submitted my phone which I brought on January 21. I asked them and they gave me a number to know the status of my phone. Now that number is busy continuously. I tried a lot and the phone finally connected somebody lifted the receiver and then put it down. I am like hello, hello. I disconnected and tried again, same response"busy"

Take your full day before going to this service center, they just don't entertain customer, specially one thing to remember "always take money more than the cost of your mobile phone, when u are going for repair at this service centre".

This service center is shifted in different location. If you want to come in corona days, come at 8am morning and stand in line for 4 hours. Then Mr Guard will let you in.

Avoid going as there is no social distancing followed and no mask rule followed. I don't know how their actual service is, because only select few get to actually enter the shop. I have logged an official complaint regarding corona protocol with District Administration, SDM and my source at CM Office. Try some other service center like near KGMC or Gomti Nagar.

Labour charge bhi liya gya sirf phone check krne ke liya isme kya khrab h iska nd vha pe jo bhi workers the unka behavior itna ganda tha ki maine apni life me itna ganda experience kbhi nhi kiya tha.mujhe lgta h ki company aise service center pe dhyan de ya to vha ka staff change kare ya phir vo service center hi band kr dena chahiye. Vahi phone maine dusre service center pe dikhaya unhone kha apka phone bilkul sahi h bend nhi h aur unhone mujhe under warranty bina kisi charge ke bna ke diya.
Main yahi khunga ki koi bhi halwasiya service center pe na jaye.

Kya aapka service center open hai i want to repair my phone but i think koi center open hi nahi h please tell me

बहुत लंबी वेटिंग लिस्ट रहती है इनके पास उसमें भी बिना नंबर से कई सारे लोग अंदर चले जाते हैं जो भी जाए वहां पर 9: 00 पहुंच जाए जिससे उसको स्टार्टिंग में ही नंबर मिल जाए 1 2 नंबर 3 नंबर और उसके बाद वह अपना काम करवा कर चला है अगर 10 नंबर के ऊपर नंबर जा रहा है तो यह मान कर चलिए आपको तीन 4 घंटे वेट करना पड़ेगा और अगर 50 60 तक जा रहा है तो मान कर चलिए आप वापस ही चले आइए ज्यादा बेटर है

इस सर्विस सेंटर की स्थिति तो बहुत ही खराब है इतने महंगे महंगे फोन ले लो 20 दिन का टाइम भी नहीं बीता और फोन खराब हो गया और वहां जाओ 10: 00 बजे पहुंच जाओ 4: 05 बजे तक नंबर ही नहीं आ रहा इतना लंबा वेट करवा रहे हैं

बहुत खराब स्थिति है यहां की इतनी ज्यादा वेट कर आते हैं कि कुछ कहने को नहीं और गार्ड को तो बात करने की तमीज नहीं है सुपरवाइजर जो है उनसे जो डायरेक्ट बात कर लेता है उनके जो जान पहचान वाले आते हैं वह बिना नंबर के अंदर चले जाते हैं कोई लाइन का कोई सिस्टम ही नहीं है सुबह 9: 15 में पहुंच गया था सर्विस सेंटर पर और 4: 30 बजे मेरा नंबर आया मेरा नंबर 60 नंबर पर लिखा था और 89 नंबर वाले हम से पहले दिखा कर चले गए 96 नंबर वाले हमसे पहले दिखा कर चले गए बहुत रूड बिहेवियर है इससे घटिया सिस्टम हमने कहीं देखा है lockdown ka excuse Dete Hain लेकिन लॉकडाउन में और भी तो जगह हैं जहां पर सही से काम हो रहा है आज की तारीख है 21 सितंबर 2020

I was going to change my mobile display.i was in doubt that display will available or not but they have all spares.they returned my mobile as they spoke.neat and clean work.thanx samsung

The service is good, but sometimes after a lot of weighting, the customer reaches the customer care, if the part is not returned from him, then the customer is in a lot of trouble.

Very bad attitude.the number which is given kept on cancelling my call and when i got there came to know that they were closed that day for cleaning.
Could have atleast told me that on phone.

Service given by samsung is very bad and I recommend that don't buy it's mobile.it's waste of money and more is time.they don't have proper sitting and no water available there.

It's all good but you have to take appointments from the guard to get your device checked and that is just not fair for the ones coming from far distances in their need.

You can not contact to office. They don't receive calls. If you go to service centre, there is whole day investment. You can not confirm on landline number that your phone is repaired or not. Very bad experience of this service centre.

Worst management and they never receive any call. All the numbers are either busy or they keep on ringing.

Samsung hazratganj mobile service center is worst service center in regarding time because if you want to repair a phone or to get a repair phone you guys need whole day for it and too much crowd in this Corona pandemic

And #samsung is not bothered to get it corrected.

Waiting is the main issue you will face while visiting. So make sure you reach around 10 in morning, otherwise you will have a long waiting and it took me three hours to deposit my phone for repair.
While collecting phone was comparatively easy.

Very bad condition of this service center.

And no queue system.
Queue system is only showoff.if new person vesited the he don't know about this and he is waiting but guard and other staff take in that person who know any staff or guard or any jugad (जुगाड)

It's the perfect place to visit and get your phone required. You just need to enter the lane and it's on your left almost at 150 meters. Paid parking facility is also available. Due to COVID-19 the functioning has become a little time taking so if you want to visit the service centre for any reason please book an online appointment for your own convenience and getting rid of the first come first serve basis outside the center (You still need to wait for your turn inside the centre) So before you think of going keep atleast 2-3 hours in hand and then go and get your phone repaired they are very helpful and supportive you just need to follow the instructions due to this pandemic. Useless service, policies are not gud, mere samsung k phone me chrging problem hui 5 month old tha, aur apart from service chrge they demanded for 300rs for repair it

Good prompt service, helpful staff, but the only thing that hurts is long waiting queue at this service center.

No body turned up even though call had come from your people that service was due. Sorry state of affairs and shabby treatment

Worst service which shattered my belief in Samsung. I gave my phone for the repair for display which costs me 5400/-approx. But after repair again the same problem arised in just 2 days. I again went to them the lady at counter 7 told that display is damaged and the same price I have to deposit again. I requested her to kindly check it properly by technician as it was not broken from anywhere but she argued that it is damaged and it has to be replaced.she suggested me to get it checked from local vendor anywhere else. I am thankful to her for that I went to local shopkeeper and he made the device running in just 200 RS.
Big brand image is hampered

If u r in hurry then please don't go in there bcoz they will take so much time actually too much time. There are 8 counters in there but available employee in there only 4 or 5.

The place is fully air-conditioned and seating arrangement is also good. But due to heavy work load getting service done takes time.

Tucked away in a by lane of Hazratgung, it is the best place for repairsof Samsung phones. But be prepared for prolonged wait. Civic amenities are minimal. The lack of a transparent token allocation system keeps one anxious. Staff is courteous but the waiting part is tedious

Great experience, not like other service centers, less time to wait and great mobile service in minimum time to solve problem.

A person named Shiv Kumar took Rs. 1945 for extension of warranty of microwave. He said that warranty details would be available by post. But there is no information received in last three months. When I contacted customer care I got to know that there is no updates in warranty. This is a very frustrating situation.

If you ever accidentally broke your phone or if you've any technical issue. Guys you need to visit this service centre.
For all the customer. A comfortable sitting arrangement is made. Annd, also, the service is too fast. However, token system is here. So, first come first serve.
