Samsung Service Center

They are cheaters, frauds. I trusted Samsung but their staff here is absolutely good for nothing. I went for charging problem and they gave me an estimate of 10,500/- saying that mother board is faulty. As it is worthless for me now so I showed the phone to a local vendor and my phone is working perfectly well in 400/-. Moreover, they didn't return my phone's Sim tray and didn't even assemble the phone properly, took away all the small screws from the inside body. Do not go to them, they want your money in samsung's name.

Nobody will hear your complain. Nobody will attend you. There’s no staff with them to get a service!
You will have to fight to make them hear you
I have a 75,000 rupee phone with SUCH A WASTE service
My other apple phone is better with 5star service. Not recommending samsung to anybody because of this, won’t let my near ones fall into this trap

The Authorised Service Center of Samsung. The Staff is cooperative and Skilled.
Not like that to make confusing mind regarding repairing or fixing.
The Manager of this place is very friendly in nature and cooperative.

Came in the center and waiting for the electricity to come. Strange to see that they don't have any alternative arrangements of electricity.

I don't want to a single but as it's not possible.worst experience inexperienced employees. I will suggest you to never visit there infact you should not purchase phone of this brand.

Customer service very poor customer not satisfied with their service they delay the customer day by day.

3rd class services, no body coming for installation after product purchase.
Very smartly they switch the voice call to Whatsup chatting.
If you want to buy the product, it directly moves to call center person.

Please don't go there. Worst service and Worst team. I have a small problem with my phone. Initially they said that it will be resolved by software update and later they said that motherboard needs to be replaced for this. Funny this is they didn't check the phone, they just said by looking only that it's a motherboard problem. Such a freaking awesome talent they have. Just because of these people nobody wants to buy Samsung and instead they prefer to go with Chinese. I had used One Plus earlier and I never had issues. People purchase Samsung phones to think that there are support available nearby but these dacoits make people reconsider their decision.

Please do not go here. People are incompetent. They replaced my phone's charging plate and after 10 days it stopped working again. They are telling motherboard of phone is damaged and will cost around 14k. 10 days it was in warranty and after 10 days it become in non warranty. Pathetic service.

Worst experience, timings were written 10am to 8Pm however, at 6 Pm they denied to submit the phone.despite of 3-4 people sitting on counters no one was responding to customer queries.worst customer service

2 Times I have visited for 2 different phones.response was good and get my mobiles repaired same day.because parts was available in their stock.visit early around 9 AM.

Very poor experienced, they hit scratches on Samsung Galaxy phone. They are carless about customer things

Worst support staff.

The technician opened my device s9+ for checkup and then returned the device without fully closing the glass back panel claiming that I submitted the device in this state.

Pathetic lairs with no shame.

Today is 3rd day after submitted my mobile still no luck.

The staff are good. The price matches the repair cost shown on Samsung Site.

Overall it is ok.
I went there for my Phone's charging issue. They said they don't have parts and cannot assure if it can be available in few days, instead they asked me to go to Noida Service Centre.
Well it depends on case to case.
If you are in a nearby area and want to visit the service centre then only go.

Hours of operations are wrongly mentioned. It is operational from 10AM to 8PM Monday to Saturdays (except public holidays).

Very poor condition of center and staffs very lazy these days. Even of there were two customers in queue Made me wait for around 1 and half hour to reach to the counter and explain my phones's issue.

Refused to replace phone's screen glass and insisted on changing whole body case when only screen glass was broken. Not a good experience visiting here.

It's a nice service center located in Jagat farm market.
The service is good and it have many cabins to handle people problems.

Sometimes the prices are high and something due to offers prices are low.

So it's overall a good service center in terms of pricing and services.

Worst place, Samung service is also worst among other brands. I have to visit 3 times to get my adapter replaced for only 2 months old phone and still they refused to changes as now they want to check the phone as well.

Very unprofessional approach by the staff here. All they want to is loot the customer. Would not recommend this service center. Bad experience not once or twice but thrice.

कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार ठीक है, लेकिन संतोषजनक कार्य नहीं करते हैं। ज्यादातर समय यहाँ कई चीजें stock (भंडार) में नहीं होती हैं जिससे कि ग्राहकों को काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। यदि कोई part stock में नहीं होता है तो ये आपको अगले सप्ताह आने को कहते हैं, लेकिन ज्यादातर मामलों में अगले सप्ताह भी निराश ही होना पड़ता है। यहाँ बैठकर अपना नंबर आने तक इंतजार करने के लिए अच्छी व्यवस्था है। शौचालय और पीने के पानी की भी समस्या है।

This is worst samsung care here. Don't come here. You will regret come to here. Here service not good. And staff behaviour also bad.

If samsung will not take any action soon against the such service center. One plus Chinese company soon finish them. Learn something from them also visit once thr service center and see the difference. It high time soon you will be turn into nokia

If they don't have a part they will ask you come next weak after confirming on call but their contact will not be responded.

A very supportive staff in the care.
Understands to their customers and their needs. Works in a very fast and efficient manner.

Worst situation of this samsung care staff are careless even they are also provide service in almost 15 days so never go again to this place
