Samsung Service center

First experience was good, that was a free service from company side. They give all the answers of all my queries and did it well.

I got my service at Counter no. 3 (THREE)

It was a sweet, beautiful, heart (Touching) experience.
100/10.

I felt cardiac tachycardia, adrenaline rush, dilation of pupils there.

Never go to this service center for my phone not getting charge and getting dead they said they will replace the charging ic and said it will cost rs 1100 i said ok. They said come tomorrow, then I go to service center next day and they said it's charging ic and motherboard have to replace and it I'll cost rs 9000 and i get back my handset.then I charge the phone and it getting charged and working normally. They are totally looted the customer who having out of warranty phone.pls don't go there they totally fraud.

Firstly when I reached there I found it literally nice. But next time when I went there I found that the staff there doesn't have the full fledged Information about the the procedures. It's so dis-appointing. I won't suggest this to anyone.

Samsung service center is good, the staff which I interacted to was very kind. Explain the things very well. Enough staff was available. Overall good experience.

Very rude behaviour of staff and No charging point available at waiting area.
