They refuse to tell anything about repair of Samsung galaxy F54 5G, very unprofessional staff.

This is worst experience with this service center, They are too slow and extremely unprofessional, The lady who is responsible for answering the calls is so rude. The guy name Haider Khan first tried to post-phone the work and when he came dis the job and took extra money for some other missing parts and after that he never responded, Now he is not taking my calls and no Bill or Invoice has been given even after asking him multiple times.
If samsung will give this kind of poor customer service then I think I should stop using their products

Really bad service is provided.the staff made me wait for around 2 hour and then said the work cant be done today.they are really unfriendly and no professionalism is seen in them they just treat customer so bad.

Worst Experience ever, This place is no Samsung Service Center, They are a third party service center and these people are no good. Took my money and not answering the phone. When called on the mentioned number the girl who answered the called shouted like as I owe her something, Just don't use then and their services ever. No Value For Money

Unprofessional Behaviour, specially the girl who answers the call, Very disrespectful. She needs to learn some manner. And services executive Haider who only gives fake promises, took my money and did incomplete work.

This is a fraud Company.
And they are not from Samsung or any other company. They will take money and will give u a fake receipt and after that no one will receive call.don't trap youself in this type of fake companies.
