You are welcome at our shop, online work is done at our shop, there is a public service center

Had bad experience. I had a problem of screen bleeding but they denied to cover it under warranty without even checking it. Then again I had to visit and video record when they were opening my mobile.
Screen didn't have any impact damage and they covered it under the warranty thereafter.

My Experience was good. Less waiting time and i received my phone on the date promised by the service center.

Very wost service. I am two time service regarding raise concern but no any technician visit.very poor service. Complain raise two time both complain without visit complain close.

Really good and reliable service, they open parts in front of customer and repair the phone on spot or as soon as possible, you will also be given refreshments while you wait for your phone to get repaired.

Very poor service center in the mean of time and talk.
Fraud kind of people they are. Very irresponsible. Rubbish kind of customer dealing.

They doesn't know how to talk with the customers. They only make money from the customer with listening the problems of the customer.

They guys are just money heist. They always ask to customers for changing the entire part of phone instead of solving small software problem.

It was ok.but customer handling from the employee side is quite slow and time assurance is also is thinkable.over all I am ok with it.

Team could be more helpful. I didn't carry my airpots BOX PACKING (Cardboard) so they said we cannot submit it pl come back again then only we will submit it.

Neat and clean place. But somehow customers and staff lacked in maintaining social distancing. Otherwise, staff is very professional, and listened to the problems with full generosity.

Very bad service center. They hardly reply to calls. And if you take device, they directly replace parts even without checking if there is any problem in the parts they are replacing.

In my case, they took my phone for testing the problem and then closed the case saying that they don't have required parts without doing anything regarding testing the device and checking for the problem.

Authorized service center in Aligarh. Quick service. I went there for screen replacement.staff behavior is good and professional easy to locate and most of the time it is crowded.

Such a cheater service centre,
We replaced new screen from them worth Rs 7307 and after 1 month screen blinking, they said we are not responsible for it.
Very bad behavior with customers by staff even to surprised by manager also.

Customer waiting lounge area has only a single ceiling fan and one wall fan.
AC's are not working only for show!

At the time of Customer service, chair was also not available for customer seating!

What more to say about?

Staff is very supporting, interiors looks like so obsolete. No parking very difficult to park on this shrink road.

Took alot of time for repairing and at the time of giving phone back they took more than 3 hours and they say we provide speedy service.is this fast?
