Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to register a complaint with you regarding poor service, and the rude attitude by your staff that I experienced last Monday when I visited your shop. I am hoping you would take proper steps so that no other customer feels humiliated the way I did.

Service is very bad here.they make you stand in line for hours and at last when you reach them they make more and more complaints for your mobile just in order to make some extra bill.
