Samsung Service Center

This place sucks customers are taken for granted and manager over here thinks that he is from Mars. Please don't go there otherwise he'll for sure make your phone appear damaged and than all service centre will say that same. Pathetic services

Very bad experience waiting from 1 hour get my samsung mobile screen replacement but employees were busy in doing time paas not attending customers

The staff is very co-operative and the service is very fast. I got my display replaced in only 1 hour. Thanks to them!

Called for new remote for my smart TV. They charge 400rs. For assign a engineer who just come to deliver the product. Not satisfied with samsung policy.

Good experience, My screen's Amoled display got the leakage issue and is not repairable. Only option is to replace the screen. This condition is also not covered under warranty. It was a replaced out of warranty as paid service. I also connected with Samsung over the mail for my process to be transparent. It took arround 1.5 hrs to get everything done safely and nicely, also, they have provided additional 3 months warranty on the new screen but this same issue is still not covered under this new warranty so keep it safe again, other than any lag or screen issues are covered.
Staff is good and experieced, was open to any query that I had before and after replacement.
I am attaching my bill under this, you can look at approx cost incurred by me. Overall quite good center and trustworthy. My phone is working good and no lag or screen issues. This review is 3 weeks after the service.

Staff are very cooperative and supporting; they have checked our phone and resolved the charging issue in a hr time. If anyone using the Samsung phone and laptop too can get customers service support.

Worst service.they provide service basis the warranty. If your product warranty is going to be ed soon then they try to pretend like there are fault in your product part so that being afraid you extend your warranty by paying money or pay money to get your product repaired.

It's a nice service centre of samsung. Employees here are very friendly and supportive in nature. Service is fast. They work properly in a systematic way. This is located near Tigri Goal chakkar.

World's worst service center.in this service center no one have good skill about mobile issues. Third party is better than here.

Experience is good. Serviceman nature is good.he or she explained every terms and conditions all about my carcked smartphone (M21). I got my Device at same day (not hand to hand).

Attitude of the centre Incharge is not satisfactory, he is not able to resolve the issues of the Mobile.

Staff behaviour is rude and not cooperative. Accesories are not available. Kindly appoint efficient staff.

Taj highway road corner is Samsung service center.but not good service.new refresher joining.fully problems not solving

Since 3 yrs of my stay in noida extension area this is first time when i felt being dealt with professional peoples with a professional set up, its really samsung authorized service station, my mobile (which was under warranty) display was changed without any charge and without any if and but. You can surely visit this place if you need Samsung mobile device service/repair. Location is very good on main highway and ample parking space for 2 and 4 wheelers.

Please get your phone in safe hands.these people will take your phone and make humongous bill if you trust them.if there is no problem then they creat one in your phone and make you pay huge amount for that.so be aware and samsung India didn't expect this

Fast and good resolution of Samsung galaxy phone, not so crowded also, staff also copertive and helpful, got my phone formated with replacement of my speaker and problem of my resolved in just 1hr, in this coivd time this type of service is vry commendable
