Servising is good but the way of handling customers is very bad.
Workers are very slow

If it allows I must have given 0 star
Because they do not provide good service no cooperation nothing
Pls don't waste your time going there
Instead switch your brand
Samsung's service is deteriorating day by day

My feature phone was within warrenty period stopped working they repaired (changed baterry, motherboard, charging socket) free of cost and now it is working well.

Very unprofessional, they don't have manner& etiquette, they prefer local people here, most locality issues.once a person name ravi gupta was lying. Without checking my phone without any tools & just took in hand & said it is broken. My phone is not broken, no dent, no scratches at all. Loose trust on this service centre

There is no token base service therefore no queue and no social distance. As there is no token system so, anyone can come infront of you forcefully.

You need to submit your phone for any kind of issues.so please come prepared.overloaded so expect delay in service.

Good service and staff was very good. Only one issue payment not done by card want only cash. Is very bad.

Got better option at Naka hindola at very cheap price.

With original quality got phone repaired.

Service centre was asking 2.8k the same thing got repaired in 1k.

So saved 1.8k and was best experience.

Service centre guys need to get more training to attract customers.

They don't have earphone if someone wants to buy they can't arrange.they should must have earphone especially.
