Customer service centre experience was good, this place is located in the busy market of hoshiyarpur on main road sector 51 just above bikaner sweet shop on first floor

parking has to be done outside on main road which is usually chaotic and limited space

you can take online appointment or can also go and take a queue number

Queries are handled well by staff, proper seating arrangement, washroom, drinkin water and newspaper wll be there

wait time is not much

do look into the photos i posted to get idea about place and location

shared some qr codes to get online appointment or home pick up information for repair

Pathetic service. I have been here for 1 hour.nobody is ready to work.although system show that 3 counters are taking query, but instead everyone is busy sipping hot tea and enjoying their winters

Its a nearest Samsung service station for 7x sectors of Noida. Not so much occupied. Ur queries is easily resolved. Good staff. Overall service is good by Samsung.

Worst experience ever.i had yesterday charging issues with my Samsung mobile phone A22.my mobile phone is under warranty (8 months since purchase). They told me that you have some scratches on mobile phone and possible fell down so we cannot cover under warranty. They have linked charging issues with scratches on phone.i had to fixed it on outside at lower price. I have always bought Samsung mobiles but now no more.

Wonderful experience with the support executives. Got mobile display replaced within one and half hour.

7 counters but only 2 staff, takes forever to attend waiting people in line. Phone number given is always busy

Very very bad services, I own samsung galaxy A51S, First they said the problem in my phone is related with motherboard so they need to replace it and it will take 2 days. But when I demanded to provide me a spare phone for 2 days they refused and said they only have a keypad phone. After many arguments I agreed and they assured me that I don't need to visit again they will deliver it because I got here all the way from outskirts of greater noida. It's been more than 3 days today still they are not informing anything from their end and whenever I call them they are just delaying the delivery.

Fast service.they fulfill what they promise.they should have ready availability of mobile spare parts.i had good experience with them.this is company mobile repair showroom.

Mene kafi try Kiya display on nhi hui. 5 hour k bad khudse hi on gai. Lkn 10 mnt k bad fir off ho gai.me service center gya 1st day software update krke de diya. Or bola agr thk ni hua firse aa jana. Wo thk nhi hua me next day gya. To wo log bolne lge ki ye warranty m thk nhi hoga out of warranty consider Kiya jaiga.mene bola ku kahte apka phone gira hua h. Mene kaha ye kabhi nhi gira lkn unhone meri bat suni nhi.phone k corner se thoda thoda scratch h.wo scratch nhi color utra h phone cover ki wajh se.phone cover se thoda thoda corner se color chla jata h. Lkn wo kah rhe h dekho scratch h. Or bola out of warranty hi consider Kiya jaiga.mene customer care se bat ki unhone bola agr apke phone ka color bhi utr gya h to wo damage hi consider Kiya jaiga or out of warranty thk hoga. Me photo bhi add kr deta hu apne phone k wo kahin se bhi damage nhi h. Actual mera phone ki waranty 7 oct ko khtm ho jaigi.unko dikh rha h ki 3,4 din k bad paiso m hi karaiga.isliye ye sb drama kr rhe h.

Horrible experience.
They claim to return the phone in 2 days but won't. So there is false commitment and then if you try to contact them then they won't even pick up the call. It has been 5 days now haven't received my phone. Now they are not even responding to my call.

It was a great experience.my handset was repaired before estimate time. Mr. Raza is very experienced and very helpful person. Thanks Team Samsung

I chose the pick and drop service for my S21 and they fixed the phone as expected. I do ran into some problems after couple of months which required me to visit multiple times. Good service but can be better.

This Samsung Service Centre is good and Customer Care Staff & Executives are efficient in their work

4) Maintined Decorum, everything was by token only

Amazing, My issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from the arrival in the store! Avinash was awesome!
