I reached this location at 18: 30.
Staff are very supportive.
They repair my phone my at 20: 00 which is not working hour.
I'm very happy

There was no waiting time, they heared my phone problem very calmly and provide service with in time they promised.

Not very managed. No tocken system, just manual queue system. The required inventory was not available.

Overall experience is nice, staff members are helpful and polite, they tell you every details.

They are closed on Sundays.

Pathetic experience. No idea what the issue is and how to solve it. On top of all, has no professionalism. I wonder how Samsung agreed to work with such poor service center. Anyway I will have Samsung guys answer me that. As far as this Service centre is concerned better throw your device then looking for a solution here, Don't believe me, be my guest.

For instance I wanted to get my S10 plus's battery replaced, the guy sitting there never checked the battery's condition instead asked me to use the phone how he wants. He altered my phone setting and adviced me to how not to keep bluetooth, GPS and wifi and what not turned on while using the phone. As if my smartwatch will pair without bluetooth and maps would use Atlas.

When I tried to understand why can't I get a new battery replaced when I am ready to pay for the charges, he said Samsung has no stock in the warehouse. I can't fathom this that he has access to the whole country's warehouse info in his mind or his computer, and wanted this resolution that he just told me in writing from him so that I can follow up with Samsung directly. But he never moved a finger to help, although his voice was on top of Mt. Everest.

Overall, I dont regret visiting this store as I have decided not to buy another Samsung device owing to this ridiculous service center experience.

P. S. I am going to post here what Samsung has to say about such bad customer experiences from their authorised service centres, as soon as I get to hear from them.

REPLYING TO SC Representative: I appreciate you clarifying me now so promptly but not when I was actually asking what the problem is. It'd have been way better if you could have just told me the same reason yesterday like you just did. I could have sent this device to the country from where I bought and I was all good.

Anyway, get your staff trained on how not to screw the customer experience and be professional.

Non professional staff. Visited several times in near past. Request to samsung service center please clarify your sentence that I have not visited the center.

I had a call with Mr. Gaurav, the service center time was already up, but still gave me a replacement of my headset at 5.30. Thank you, good response great service from Samsung. Supportive employees

Very bad service by Mr. SURYAKANT as per him Samsung phones can heat up to 48 deg, all my handset problems were due to 3rd party app. So Samsung phones are only allowed to use Samsung apps rest apps are not allowed.

Very very helpful staff members. Should be one of the best service centers of Samsung. A must go when in trouble with Samsung mobile. Owner Mr Abhinav is very courteous and his staff people are very knowledgeable and helping

Is there a way to award minus. It does not even desrve one star. Very dissappointing staff. I went there but dissatisfied with the solution the technician offered. There is one service personal Mr. Arun. He disappointed me and not properly attended my compaint. Rather he diverted my attention to unneccessary issues like renewal of warranty extra extra. Highly disappointed by V. Care service technician Mr Arun.

He didn't pay attention to my genuine complaint. He refused to accept the complaint which I made with him.

Samsung service center in vasundhara sector 13. Average customer visit is 70 persons per day. Customer service is good. Floor cleaness also good. Cctv coverage in all area. Waiting time per customer average is 25 minutes. My ratings for this center is 3.

As per my experience, they are not very helpfull.i went three time still i am facing same issue.
