Very good service provider.timeing is 10am to 6pm all those rates are high but the work done is satisfactory.

Pathetic service. They dont even check your phone for issue. They directly suggest that some part is faulty we will replace it. Dont know what kind of training samsung gives to them before assigning them to service centers. Seems like samsung focuses mainly on metro/tier-1 cities services, rest of them just exist for namesake. FYI, i own 4 samsung phones and had 2 of them serviced in mumbai & bangalore. And 2 chinese ones that are 4+ years old and no issues. Seems like samsung is cutting corners on its mobiles.

The Service is very nice. All the customer care officers are so supportive and knowledgeable. The Main officers who helped me are Anand Kumar and Stuti Rai. I had got green screen flickering in Samsung M52 8gb ram but I submitted it for 4 days in this service centre at last day of expiry of warranty and got it repaired.

The biggest cheater service center in varanasi, Their security guard also repair Mobils sometimes. Please do not visit this scam center otherwise you got cheated by this service center.

Even their unskilled workers damaged your Mobiles.

I don't know their owner lives in India or out of India because the center going on 'RAM BHAROSE' राम भरोषए

Not listening to customers. Went for phone service whose charging jack was not working. Cell was bought 5 days back. First they told that come after 1 month is over. After 1 month they told that mobile was market opend and jack was market repaired and hence they will not repair it. And rejected the service request. They did not entertained that it could have been repaired by seller itself.

Not too good, A lot problems, No parts availability, Not following COVID-19 appropriate behavior.

Staff members behaves like they owe Samsung.all the time they try to convince you that's your fault not the product.

That girl was very cute and beautiful at the service centre. She explained me everything very kindly and she's been very humble through out our conversation. I enjoyed talking with her, and I had to come back from there without getting my mobile fixed. Because I had to go somewhere very important. But the overall experience what I experienced there were been fantastic specially the conversation.

यहा पर worker cooperative nature के नही है, इनका व्यवहार संतोषजनक नहीं है, साथ में यहां टॉयलेट ग्राहक के लिए नही है,

सबसे धीमा सर्विस सेंटर कोई सुनवाई नही है बस बड़े बड़े बोर्ड पे लिखा पड़ा है फ़ास्ट सर्विस aur सर्विस के नाम पे केवल सॉफ्टवेर अपडेट कर के वेवकूफ बनाना है बाकी कुछ नही है वहाँ पे।

Poor services and misbehaving staffs.
Also they are very short handed and doesn't resolve your problem properly.
