Got the best store experience…. All staff members in the store were very polite and generous towards us …. They gave us the best deal in comparison to the other store ….

This was the worst experience. I was going to purchase my first Samsung smart phone. I have purchased Samsung S23 ultra here. Staff was very egoistic and rude. They told me to provide additional 45W charger as an discount, but later on I came to know that there are the reward points which you receive generally when you buy sumsung product. I was not aware of that. But these people redeemed those reward points by taking details saying that they are taking for billing. They redeemed my reward points without any information and consent and provided 45w charger which they told me that they will provide as an discount. They just not stopped here, they sold me the screen protector of S22 which was not fitting and when I asked for this they said that S23 ultra screen protectors does not cover whole area and they came in same way. After 5-6 days of use this screen protector I found that it is slipping from mobile screen. I believed on these fraud people and purchased it as I was going to first time user of Samsung mobile.

They irritated me a lot, they said don't buy any product from Amazon and Flipkart, they are fraud. Being an representative of a brand how you defame another brand. If Amazon and Flipkart doing the fraud then why you are selling your products there. When I said that I am not fully agreed with this they made fun of me. They said you should buy from Karolbagh and that ks better place for you. It was really a worst experience. Instead of doing their work, they are making judgement s

I went there to buy accessories for newly launched s22. But they did not bother to attend at all. Two people were there, one was seating comfortably and other was talking on phone. Worst in store experience.

Very very bad experience. Worst samsung store to visit in Noida. Staff misbehaved and used inappropriate words for no reason. I had asked when samsung galaxy watch 3 will receive update and he answered " jab bhi aye mujhe kya".

Awesome customer experience and well behaved stall all standard procedures are being taken care of by store staff.very helpful keep it up guys.
